Burger King

I have never been to a worse Burger King. This is the 4th time I waited, & waited on my food for 10+ minutes. (Oh, they must be making me fresh food-Cool!) WRONG. Food is cold, my Cini Minis look 2 days old. Forgot my icing, and the lady taking our order couldn’t leave the ebonics at home. Never going back!

Quick tasty low priced

Ordered food 3/30/2020 through door dash. You didn't even get the order right to be sent out missing food. Then when trying to call to let you know they don't answer the phone and when they did they hung up on me. So now we have to deal with door dash and hope that they can put the money back on my daughter C.C. not happy with this at all.

One of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in. At the very least pick up the trash around your parking lot. Doesn't take much effort. And the service is absolutely horrible. If it bothers you that bad that I came in to order food then look for a new job.

I work nights and it says open 24 hours but they really just close when they want past 12. Food is okay for what it is but you never know if they will actually be open till 8am.

I'd give this location zero stars if I could. Never accepting cash milkshake machine been broke for 6 months or so and the employees are just rude.

Although this was only a drive through experience, this location out-does all the other Burger Kings I've visited in Columbus. The staff was polite and attentive as well as very warm and welcoming. The food came out very quick and all tasted delicious and very fresh. It all tasted and felt freshly prepared and we hadn't had an experience like that at a Burger King since moving to Columbus. Thank you very much to the team there and keep up the amazing work!

The Manager & Staff were very professional and courteous! The Restaurant was clean and" up to date".

Sat behind 2 cars in the drive thru for about 8 minutes and saw no one was bothering to take anyone's order so I decided to go to Wendy's down the street where I could order and have my food in 2 minutes.

Is it just me or is it getting harder and harder to find a decent BK to eat at?! This one is a prime example ! The roof was leaking, no ice in the lobby, half of the menu was out. It was under staffed. I even seen a bullet hole in the lobby glass! People were waiting for ever to get their food they ordered. The manager had to lock the doors to keep new customers from coming in to the lobby, because she shouldn't keep up with customers she had. People was getting aggravated and demanding a refund, because it was lunch time and they were taking forever.

Slow service the employees don't know what they serve I was told by someone at the counter that they don't do combo meals and you're not allowed to place more than one order in the drive-thru. Find a different location

So much for 24 hours. Pull on at 5am. And they’re closed.

Closes Burger King since Hamilton Rd location closed down I recommend this Burger King

I love the flam broil burgers, it'll be great if the staff wasn't so unprofessional and the soda machine was down for the price of the food, it should be top quality service.

Can through the drive-thru, and the young lady was Very pleasant and all smiles.(Thursday 11-7 around 10AM)And unlike another Burger King y'all had the full display/sign of your breakfast items up,and it was a pleasure to see that. My food was hot and good I will return.5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍thank you for excellent quality service.🤗
