Burger King

We arrived to the place and a customer had dropped some ketchup on the floor, he went to the counter asking for napkins, no one a acknowledge him. We were standing waiting for someone for 10min, give or take, the ladies looked at us, and looked back to continue to do what they were doing. Didn't even acknowledge us being there. Sad how bad their service skills has gotten.

Service gets slower and slower every day. Had one customer in store and 2 cars in front of me, 25 minutes to get my food. Not the first time that they were extremely slow... 3rd strike

Service was fine, food was good, but the location is a pain to get into from the road.

Each time I’ve gone to this Burger King location, I’ve had a great experience! There wasn’t a wait and the staff demonstrated excellent customer service by helping me use an e-gift card to pay for my meal! The food is cooked to my satisfaction and the vanilla milkshake I had was delicious! I will definitely recommend this Burger King location!

After waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins and not even making it to the speaker. I got out of line and left.

I did an online order, about 15 min before I got to the store and was still waiting for 44 min before I even got my food, I saw 4 other people in the same predicament with a another guy leaving after already paying with his food because he was on lunch and was going to be late. Finally got my food for the first time and it was missing 2 burgers missing. Got my order back again and it's all there, by time I get back to work late o go to eat and all my burgers are wrong none of my whoppers have cheese that I paid extra for and all of the burgers still have all of the veggies that I said on the order that I didn't want, and printed the same way on the bill.

Every time I go here something weird happens like someone yelling we are Hood around here. Does that mean you will mess with people’s food?

Love it clean and fast very polite always

This is the second time. I've been to this Burger King. And unfortunately I was not thrilled. When I got my order. I want home. Which is about 324 minutes away and the food was cold. And it didn't taste fresh.

This place has got to be the worst burger king. They need new people in there.

Was at one time a nice fast food place, but now not so good.

I was standing at the front desk to order no even Acknowledg I was there. There is a person waiting on their food and state they had been there for 20 minutes and they really are and one standing there. If you want some one to know you are there go threw the drive threw or better yet go across the road to Wendy's

Just went threw drive threw - little after 300. We ordered 3 8ct chicken nuggets. The staff was super friendly and service was quick! Great job staff. However when we got The food my kids wouldn’t eat it. I thought well they just being picky but The nuggets were all cold. I checked all the bags. All three orders went into the trash. I can see one order being not so hot but all three were cold and mushy. Not impressed at all. Ran to McDonald’s for some warm food.

Nightmare King wasn't bad but wasn't special either. A flavored bun (not just colored) and a sauce could've made it something unique.
