Burger King

Horrible horrible experience. Pulled up to the drive thru and was asked to wait because they were “backed up” ... but only only one person was in front of me and the inside was empty. Anyway. Ten minutes later I can finally order. Get to the window, pay and was asked to pull forward. Seriously sat there 17 minutes before deciding to go in to see what was going on. They gave me my food. I pull off and my kids checks the food. Cold. Everything cold. Every single customer behind me also ended up going in to get there food because of the long wait. If you are going to make someone wait that long, at least have the courtesy to give them fresh food. $40 wasted.

Food is good but I have lots of trouble with the app!

Slow service. During lunchtime and only one cashier who had to plate it and bag it also. Fries were fresh but burger was warm. Impossible burger is good though. Also, mgr allowed deliver 18 wheeler to park in lot next to drive through. Blocked traffic causing issues. Had plenty of space to park next to store avoiding store/drive through traffic.

Great meal tonight, who doesn't love a whopper, fries, and a coke!!

Very nice crew here. The manager was very friendly on our 2/18/2020 visit. Very professional and helpful.

This location is definitely the slowest BK I've been to yet. Food is not horrible, at least it was warm. Problems seem to be staff related. 80% of the time they are asking to please wait and are distracted/unmotivated. Best thing I can say is they tend to get orders correct as long as you are patient.

I went today and paid $22 for 2 large combos 2 receive 2 raw order of fries. How do you have people working there that cannot even do this correct? I did not go back because I have worked all day and am exhausted, I would have liked a decent meal. Pathetic...

The most mournful food I've ever seen. Not even remotely flame-broiled, more like cooked in a pan on a hot plate. The service was terrible. If you're dying of hunger, and this is the only place open, I'd suggest eating your shoe instead.

Value prices shouldn't go up. The Dollar Menu should stay $1. For that reason " Value Menu." It Started out as the Dollar Value Menu" & should Never go up. People like & enjoy knowing you can always grab something quick for a buck. Not more, especially when short on cash & such a distance from home still. Customers are Who Keeps You in Business. That's my Rating. Lower the Value back to Value Originally. ( Still love BK). BUT Really, Prices ? Like in a Restaurant now......

Went through recently and ordered a #1 Add Cheese Medium Size with a drink with no ice. After pulling to the window for a simple order after payment I was immediately pulled forward as to save their drive thru time. My drink was incorrect and had ice. It took 15 minutes for me to get my sandwich which would be fine I understand fresh food takes time. I get my meal and drive home. (roughly two minutes from the store) whenever I get home and go to eat my meal. My sandwich is cold like it was made 30 minutes ago. My fries were the incorrect size and also cold. For the person who was also pulled they dropped the food in front of the customer then proceeded to hand it to them.

My food is always Correct when Ms. Latrice is running the shift. # Give her a RAISE

Came to have dinner with my Family and when placing my order I was told I couldn't dine in because they closed at 10pm. It was about 9:40pm when I ordered. When 10pm came we were asked to leave while in the middle of having dinner! 😡 I didn't get rude with the manager but did record her and asked her why we had to leave (her response was) for security purposes 🤔 I told her did we look like we were gonna rob the place me my husband and 5yr old? She then replied: well no one should be there after 10pm and I asked if that was because of the hours posted in the door or why, she then replied with Idk her manager said that. Btw if someone wanted to rob the place they wouldn't wait til 10pm (when their doors are closed) SO UPSET!! NEVER COMING BACK. Burger King needs to work on people they hire. maybe they wouldn't be going out of business

Burger King University Parkway Winston-Salem front of Sam's Club. Excellent excellent excellent customer service price and quality of food was was beyond expectations fresh made nothing was stale or old drinks everything was great man. Co-workers had a great time got in and out of there good time even with all the traffic on University that time of the day which is about 12:1 we will be back and tell other people about this Burger King first time I've ever been there thank you again Burger King management and staff making our visit our pleasure one

I don't even want to give their sorry behind one star. I just came from there and they missed a sandwich in my order. When they mess jl all they say is oh we didn't get that on your ticket but the lady asked me if I wanted the sandwich or the meal. They always messing up orders and my behind constantly going there. I deal with customers on a regular and I k ow if I mess up I'll at least attempt to make customers happy but not these folks they don't believe in satisfy your customers and they will come back.
