Absolutely horrible! If I could rate no stars I would. My Sprite was warm and didn't have any ice. French fries were clearly old and no salt whatsoever.

Granted, it's early morning, opening shift. But this was abysmal. The menu is turned to its lunch side so I can't even see the breakfast options. Just to get things moving along, I get a sandwich and ask for large hash brown, with OJ and a frappe which I've gotten here before. At the window, I end up with the small hash brown, an OJ and a Dr Pepper somehow. I don't know who listening heard "Dr Pepper" out of "Mocha Frappe," but someone wasn't paying attention.I take the receipt and go figuring I'll just leave the review with BK's own site, but the site requires the store number which is nowhere on the receipt. Get it together, BK, seriously.
