Burger King

I miss the family inviting enviorment from the attractive playground set they had when I was a child. It seems unfair for the generation of the now because this is the original Burger King in the fourth district of Louisiana, Monroe. It is imperative that we keep the #Love flowing through Monroe an this place is the founder of that. I remember that the Burger King motto is to care. Do you really care about the community just because you serve good food?

So I was trying order from here. Mind you how can customers who does not have a vehicle order their food especially if they are paying with cash. Right you would think they can also walk up to the drive thru to order nope... So I called in to order & didnt no one answer but instead they let it ring to voicemail now customer service right yall dont have no customer service skills.... & the dude at the drive thru window refused to not even see what I wanted to order or not but simply to pointed me in another direction........ NEED MORE TRAINING WORKERS & MANAGERS...... ESPECIALLY IN THE CUSTOMER APPRECIATION FIELD

Stereotypically understaffed. Can't fault these guys on shift tonight, the majority of customers tonight we're exceptionally ride and demanding...but hey! That's Monroe Louisiana for you...they tried valiently, and apologized profusely.Yes, we had to wait abnormally long...but they made up for it with gratitude for our understanding, and with extra nuggets!

They’re service is getting worse by the day, and they are always messing up my order. Not going to them anymore.😡😡😡🤦🏽‍♀️

Everyone is nice and friendly. The food is quick and hot.

Went through the drive through window asked for hot got hot. . The mgr. Had here boyfriend in the store .walked my food out with a attitude .in my day it was business first visit with friends later. Next time I stop and don't get A-1 service I cal the owner not any of the mgrs.

Food was old and they just stuck it in the microwave to heat up. Somebody at the Louisville location in Monroe stole my debit card info and ordered 2 items online

Pretty great. The food is great and service is quick. Highly appreciated the manager for multitasking like she did.

Good food reasonable prices

This is the worst location after 7pm. They never have anything stalked like ketchup and Barbque sauce. Omg last night customer service was horrible. They really need to be evaluated by corporate. I do intend to write a letter about the horrible service this location provide time and time again. I ordered cheese on my order and charged and still no cheese was on my order after I made it home. I have been trying to call the location all day and no one has answered. This store location really needs to be under review and I will do everything in my power to see change at this location.

Love the Burger King on 165 Hwy By Pass the best.
