Since the coffee is 55 cent..why not get one to start the day off right..😠well i dont coffee grinds in my COFFEE..will never start the day with them again...👎👎👎will not end the daywith them🤔✌✌✌🤐

As a healthcare worker in the hospital I get to work early, today I've been on the go all day so I haven't ate. All other fast food restaurants are immensely packed in their drive thrus, so I tried Burger King which there was only 5 cars in front of me. I was in line for 45 minutes and I had to get out of line because I had to get to work. I punched in late at 7:15 pm and will not eat until the next morning due to us not being able to dawn our PPE to not infect ourselves from patient care given to COVID patients. Thank you Burger King, for providing excellent fast food service. TERRIBLE.

Don't recommend ordering delivery. Cancelled my first order without explanation, then after I tried reordering they marked it as delivered without ever having done it. Unprofessional. Look for another bk or restaurant altogether

I like their DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER "KING XL. I ORDER JUST THAT MEAL, AND A LARGE POP. ONE FOR MY MINOR, AND ONE FOR ME.ONCE OR TWICE A MONTHY. THEY ARE THE MOST HUGEST BURGERS! AND, WELL.

The worst service ever, the night shift staff need to go, all of them. Every night it's a different story, turning costumers away this is his excuses: I'm in the bath and I'm not coming out for the next 30mins, I'm the only one here or at 1:50am I'm not taking orders right now and when you say you will wait he will reluctantly take your order and intentionally mess up the order

The worst customer service I have ever encountered, not nice at all

I only give it 3-stars because of the cleanliness of the place. I give the actual service 2-stars. They are very slow when it comes to their drive-thru customers. The store is empty most of the time, so I don't understand why they are so slow. It seems popular with people visiting or travelling through the area. A lot of the workers are young, high school kids.

Even I was thinking what's up with the entire counter on encased in bullet proof glass, but then I remembered where this business is at. Then I thanked whoever owned this franchise for opening up in this area. Food was hot. The girl working was smiling and quickly got our order. She was cheerful and seemed happy. Maybe because she knew her safety was guaranteed, and all that needed to be worried about was getting the food out. Which she did a wonderful job at.P.S. maybe more fast food places need to take a hint here in Chgo, protect your worker's, this way they can focus on working and not worrying about being hurt in some of the not so nice areas. Always request hot and fresh fries or they will give you old ones

Some items were missing from my order, but the delivery driver was nice and courteous so I can’t complain. She even made sure I knew about it, I’m really grateful for that! I went on the Grubhub app and added the items missing so they could issue a refund and they did. Thank You!

First time visiting this location. Enjoyed the fast service. Just got the fish sandwich meal. The lobby was clean and quiet. A good location to use their public restrooms.
