Food is consistently good and fresh. Employees are friendly and courteous. My only problem with this place is I feel like there's only a handful of people working at a time. It's not fast service, so expect to be there some time, especially during busy peak hours. The drive-thru needs to be updated badly. Overall I'll still come here because it's closest, otherwise I prefer to go to the revamped on in the brickyard.

Food was not hot or warm. Paid for cheese that was just sitting there on top of the old patty. Not normally bad but today it was.

The employee are always so rude in the drive thru, and they take for ever to take your order and give you the food. Don't go at night the fries are always dry and nasty.
