Burger King

I had never eaten at a Burger King before. I only came to try the new Impossible Burger. The burger was impressive but the restaurant was not. It took a while to get served and a worker’s young child was wandering around the kitchen. The place was kind of grimy and rundown.

I bought an Impossible Burger at the Seminole Blvd store in Feb. 2020 and was so delighted at how it tasted. Today, my wife purchased 4 of them. Came home to find nothing with the burger except for pickles and the bun, she asked for no pickles. She then returned, complained, and received 4 new burgers. Also asking for no pickles. The burgers had little dressing, little lettuce onion or tomatoes, and burgers were overcooked and tasteless. How can a store create such a poor quality sandwich when the product was great 2 months prior. I then tried to calm the store 3 times in a period of 10 minutes. No answer. I suggest Burger King close the store or end the franchise. We will never return.

Very friendly staff at this location and they are definitely doing their best to make the customers feel safe during the pandemic.
