Old Town Burger King is Pretty Good. Great Customer Service. They listed to you. Chubbuck Burger King can use a little cleaning up. Especially in the Play room and Restroom. Every step felt like gum was on the bottom of my shoe.

10/18 @ 1:00pm busy but the cashier is taking and expediting orders quickly. Everything is all good in da hood! I love the friendly staff! It's always clean and expedites your food in a timely fashion. Dylan is my favorite! In regards to the BK app, I feel bad for the employees. The app only works sometimes. Make employee's job problematic. Customers becoming frustrated with the app is entirely preventable. BK big wigs should focus on app issues. Why have an app that works only sometimes? As for me, it never works. Logging in is impossible

Was just there on 12/9/2019 around 8 pmI ordered 2 whoppers extra mayo and 2 orders of cheese tots and a order of o-rings. Pulled up to the window and the guy told me 9 dollars so I payed him and a couple seconds later he came back to the window and asked what my order was. I told him and he siad I owed him 2.18 more. So i gave it to him and i asked for a receipt for both orders. He told me he couldn't print it. So I think I didn't get ripped off well I hope not but. I feel it was a little rude.

Boyfriend and I are traveling for work and these Guys were very helpful and speedy. Thank you! I was hungry (;

Service is friendly & the crew always greets me with a smile. Their food is hot & delivered to our table quickly. For a fast-food restaurant, not bad at all!

Good service but my food was not good

I prefer this Bk compared to the others in town. Crew is pleasant and my food is actually fresh and they tell me if there is a wait on something.
