Took 3 tries for them to get my Whopper Jr right with No Mayo No cheese. First try it had Mayo, second had cheese. On top of that one meal was given without the onion rings, or pop. Had to ask for those before we left. We were told they were short staffed, which I understand, but I don't think it should take 3 tries to get a burger correctly made.

There was stings of something on my nugget. There was no napkin in lobby. And the orange soda syrup was leaking out. The workers was nice but the service wasn't there

I had to return my food once cause it wasn't fixed right now my bacon is raw. I hate this bk I been stopped going here but it's close to the job and I wanted a burger they need better managrmebt

Customer service was good. The restaurant was pretty clean. I ordered 6 chicken sandwiches, 2 hamburgers and some fries, once I got to my destination I begin to eat my food. The chicken sandwiches were raw, they were white and gummy and they did not taste like chicken. I ordered spicy and received regular. My daughter didn't eat her hamburgers she said they were yucky 😂 . I returned the food and they gladly replaced my order. The fries were good though. I don't think I will be returning to that Burger King again.

Where to begin the dinning room area was dirty and full of wayward people sleeping the back ground music was to die for really wanted too kill my self listening to it maybe corporate needs to show up. And clean it up since the employees won't no stars at this location ok it's mailing me give you at least one star
