Nice scenery and seating , food was made pretty fast and deals were nice

Efficient service good food

They've remodeled the place and it actually looks pretty good. The place was spotless on a Wednesday night and they even had TVs on for entertainment. The food was alright, the same as every other BK.

Good food, and decent service... But I felt like I had to scarf down my food as quickly as possible, because the local gang-members really didn't want me there.

I love their food. And the staff is super nice and its comfortable to eat here as a family:)

One of the Worst customer service experience ever. I noticed that they had reopened and it looked great. Figured why not stop through drive thru and pick up a quick bite to eat. Worst choice ever I have to say. Kid on the intercom tells me to wait a minute OK no problem. Five cars later on the intercom next to me and still no response from the inept associate on the other side. One ok but five which obviously had been serviced is telling me he blatantly ignored the intercom I was at. Awful customer service and will never be going back to that one. Don't waste your time there. If I could I would give it a zero star rating.

First, always count your change. I was shorted a dollar. And then my order was wrong. Took forever to correct that. Then I got a bad vibe about my food anyway. I didn't eat it.

Staff needs to be nicer

I go to BK because they have the French Toast Sticks that I love! The dining room is never crowded Bur many of the tables have not been cleaned. That is the BK on N. Lewis in Waukegan, IL The BK on Belvidere in Waukegan is great. So is the one outside of the shopping center on Geen Bay Rd. In Waukegan. Neither of the BKs in the Food Courts inside Gurnee Mills Mall has ANY breakfast items because (I was told) that it would take away business from the free-standing BK in the parking lot of that mall. That didn't stop McDonald's from having a full menu when they had 2 in the food court and a free-standing restaurant. The other reason I was given was that the stores in the Mall don't open until 10:00 am. Therefore, BK doesn't generally get my business.

I figured I was in trouble when I walk into a place at 12:30 lunch time and there is only a lady and her daughter in there. We order and pay. So I'm looking around and the place is filthy. Couple of employees are eating there lunch. I can understand that. But when ther done they just walk away. Guys there is trash all over the floor. The tables Haven't been wiped down who knows when. The trash on the floor. I have worked a few kitchens in my life...simple rules to live by...If you can lean...You can clean... I will put some pictures up and you guys be the judge
