Good burger. Cool novelty being hidden in a luxury hotel. Great place to show out of towners. Only downfall is its too expensive for what it is. I guess rent in the Parker Meridian is probably pretty high.

The place has now lost the appeal of mystery. The entrance is advertised outside the hotel itself and there are directions as soon as you get to the main lobby.Nevertheless the inside is as iconic as always, with walls and ceiling completely covered in posters and writing, with dîner-style booths and an old CRT TV in one of the ceiling corners.Orders are swift, prices fair, they sometimes have a special burger as well.Despite guides claiming it's the best burger in New York, I would not agree. It remains a great burger in an iconic place.

Very delicious burgers! It's hidden in the lobby of the hotel. We had to search for it. You can ask the friendly men at the reception. The atmosphere is really great inside the restaurant. It's so different to the rest of the building.

Burger and shake were good. Not the best ever, but pretty decent for that price. The place is very casual and flocked with tourists, but it is cool how it is hidden on this luxury hotel.

It’s hard to find since it’s basically inside a hotel lobby and felt a bit out of place at first but I think that’s part of its charm. Good burgers and unique environment. I only wish the burgers and drinks came with a tray or maybe at least a paper plate?

Funky joint focusing on the burgers!! Juicy, good quality meat and not shy on the topping. The fries don’t disappoint either. Highly recommend this joint.

Busy place get a seat when it opens up even before you order if needed. Or ask someone if you can sit with them. Worth the wait. Well worth the wait

Unassuming, excellent burger for reasonable price. Posters, signatures and graffito on the walls class up the joint. Small but good selection of beer. Burger done right, fresh and extremely juicy. Shoestring fries, hot and crispy. I can't not stop here when I travel anywhere nearby, it's like a black hole.

Have been going at least once a year since it opened and consistent as can be. Burgers are still a top 10 in NYC for straight up non nonsense burger. Fries remind you of McDonald's fries in the 70s. After all this time they still need a sign telling people to order first before sitting.

Great food, quick service! Quick tips: This place gets crowded and runs out of seats quickly, call ahead and pick up OR eat your food and free up a table! (Please)They serve beer if that’s your thing and also make great milkshakes. You get a ton of fries (enough for 2 to share)Also, don’t forget to tip the staff, it’s crowded back there and they work as fast as possible.

Delicious burguer! Menu simple and easy which helps ordering process as it can get super busy. The day i went there was a huge queue but it went quick really enjoy the burguer and the fries. We went in to the hotel through the right door and we didn't see the red curtain straight away but as soon as we were around the corner i saw it, so you can't miss it. The local is cool and staff very friendly. They work very hard.

Small place, hidden inside what looks like an hotel. A great experience, no talking, just burgers. And what burgers! They are fresh and delicious.You are served really fast once you're at the desk, though there is often a long line of people to go through.I advise going there at noon or just before, otherwise be prepared to wait for half an hour or more.

We met with friends at this spot for lunch. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was very successful. The crew were extremely nice and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. we highly recommend this place.

This is such an amazing little burger joint that has some of the best burgers and perfectly cooked fries in the city. I hope it stays hidden away from the masses!
