Hailey is an amazing manager! We first met her on Friday during the rush and she was so polite and informative with the gift cards! My dad offered her a job right away and she turned it down and continued to talk about the amazing company she works for! She is truly a great aspect to an already amazing restaurant! Saturday we came back in and they told us she was in the back doing prep to help get through the night and she still took the time to come see us! The store is amazingly clean and staff is always amazing and helpful meeting her was a plus to our visit! We will ask for her every time!

I am not really an Italian Beef fan, but I like them and have tried most. Buona is the best I have ever had, by far, and I thoroughly enjoy it every time. There is something special with the taste, and it is my favorite sandwich, but I do not care for anyone else’s, just Buona Beef. It is excellent every time.

Delicious!! The atmosphere is so cozy and very clean. The staff was so welcoming and kind. I love when they interact and talk to my son. This was our 1st time, but we have been wanting to stop in since they opened. The food was so fresh and hot. The bread is amazing, and the fries were nice and crisp. I loved everything about this restaurant. We will be back very SOON!!!! One of our favorite restaurants now!!

Honestly the place was pretty good and most likely you will love it. It's definitely a Chicago style beef and their peppers are too notch

We came to this place for dinner. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt very good. The meal was tasty. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

2nd time I was disappointed by a bad combo. The sausage was inches shorter than the bread, green peppers were too thick, resulting in a mess along with the bread being cut too deep and soaked, the last sandwich was too dry with 2 sausage pieces and a gap in the middle. The only consistent thing with the sandwich. 1 more chance and I will become a permanent customer of Portillos.
