My meal was good, but not amazing. Glad I went, but I probably won't be back anytime soon.

One of the best place to be for the milkshakes in New York City. From the presentation of the milkshake to the taste of it will just blow your mind off. Have already been here twice and can't wait to go back again soon.

This place was tranquil when I visited. I order the avocado toast, and it was delicious. I pare my selection with a cocktail. We also ordered the nachos. Music is not loud and you can have a pleasant conversation.

Staff was friendly and very helpful with my order. Burger was huge but i still loved the idea of the mozzarella sticks as the “burger bunsâ€. I highly doubt I’ll return but I recommend to try at least once.

Try 21 century burger it’s sooo delicious! Their portions are huge so make sure you’re hungry. But in any case, they would pack your food to go just like we asked when we realized it was too much for us. The make nice mojito!

The shakes look amazing, and the outside shake decor is fun and tasty. Actual shake taste is ok, food is typical bar food.

Awesome milkshakes. Great service and fun experience. They accommodated us and created a table for 6.

Buns Bar can be found on 19th Street just back from the intersection with 8th Avenue. The venue has sleek, modern industrial look. I ordered the 21st Century Burger after seeing it featured in a 'best burgers in New York' video I saw on Facebook. I was a little underwhelmed as my particular burger did not match what I had seen online. Nonetheless it tasted good. Bar staff were friendly and service was efficient.

Buns has become my go-to spot for burgers and beers after work since I work in the area and love that it has yet to be overly crowded or loud. It's attached to Chuck & Blade (since they're owned by the same folks) and while they offer a happy hour, it's happy hour for the neighborhood (read: not cheap). The beer selection is great and they offer giant milkshakes that run around $15/piece without a long wait. Their burger/slider offerings are delicious, too. I've had the chicken parmesan, cinnamon fried chicken, cheeseburger and buffalo chicken sliders and all were finger licking good, seriously. As for fries, go for truffle parmesan. The mac and cheese with short rib is also good, though very mild.
