It took a long time to get my beers, my food was burnt so they served my familys food while I waited for my food. I ordered desert and the brownie was burnt on the cast iron it tasted like burnt brownie and icecream. I won't be back.

This past saturday i had dinner with my fiance at this location. Everything was great until our desserts came. My fiance had the strawberry shortcake shake.the vanilla wafers tasted and smelled of garlic. The most HORRENDOUS part was that when we addressed this with one of the busboys, he told us that there had been a cross contamination with certain foods that are stored in the same fridge. HOW ARE YOU COMFORTABLE TELLING A CUSTOMER THAT THERE HAS BEEN A CROSS CONTAMINATION knowing that there are families eating the same things we are and knowing you're still serving those contaminated items???? I am NEVER returning to this location because i now question sanitation procedures. The only good thing about our experience was our waitress .

We've only lived in New Lenox a couple weeks and have already been here 3 times. Loved the Buffalo Chicken Salad and the burgers. The skirt steak was really good, but not a fan of the mashed potatoes. But highly recommend anyway for the food, drinks and atmosphere.

Been coming to Bulldog for a few years, the staff is friendly, food is good , Erin is a great and knowledgeable bartender and has a great respect for her employer. My only suggestion is that you have Lakeshore Distribution come in with Guinness 20 oz pint glasses and have them teach the staff to pour a proper Guinness Pint. My son and I were here recently and watched the bartender pour a pint in a shaker glass and did it in one pour

Are server Collin was very knowledgeable about menu. He gave me a great suggestion to try the red pepper soup. It was fantastic. The rest of the food was great too. Definitely will be back and will ask for Collin.
