Buffalo Wings & Rings

Been to one been to them all but it's a good place for some wings and beer. During fighting and big sports events it gets packed! That online ordering and pick up is a game changer for me!! Staff are usually nice although sometimes hard to find. Overall not bad, stick to the basics wings and beer!! Wait time is always there and they do not take pre reservation.

The fries is old, the chicken is so cold like have been out there the whole day and the vegetables looksmoldy. Is not fresh!!!!

these people do not pick up their phones!!!! I just put in an order via Uber eats and I need to tell them something about my order. how frustrating!!! I finally got through to someone and they hung up on me, twice. I got the name of the managers working Rich Sadie and Joe Philman. Good luck to you both, your boss will be hearing from me. you should be ashamed of yourselves.

It's my second time in this restaurant. Wings are amazing. But the plates are kind of empty and cold. Just look at the picture, I think anyone can do better...

The margaritas are really good. Great place to go to watch UFC fights, just have to get there early. Dessert is good too.

The food was pretty good, the waiter was friendly. Pretty good experience. They only thing that I will say about the place is that they have too much tables. There are tables on the side and it's too close to other people. I almost bumped into the waiter a couple of times. Some of those tables should not be there.

Inattentive server, zero urgency, dirty floors, media volume too high, guest screaming over the volume. We waited over an hour for food to be served. Granted we were a big party so the manager should have ensured that our server was strong enough to manage a large group. When our food arrived most were cold. I order the brisket sandwich it was awful..barely any sauce and cold so were the fries. Terrible experience!

I had a great experance. My waiter Jeffery was extremely helpful. Food came out quickly and he was always checking to make sure we were good.

We had a great experience at Secausus BWW. All bartenders are awesome especially Caitlin, Jess , Jason and Sara extremely helpful when ever we visit here . The food was pretty good and they are always checking to make sure we were good. All bartenders ,waiters and Managers are very Polite, tentative and friendly. I love this place .

Everytime I come to this location the service is top not. I never have an issue with the food and the service is fast. Their burgers are the best. By far my favorite burger place.

I cannot understand how it is possible to be THIS bad. 90 minutes for food in a non crowded restaurant. Just unacceptable. I am not expecting the best food I’ve ever had in my life. My expectations were low to begin with. But can the fries at least be hot? Or maybe my food in general be hot ? No silverware? No napkins? Simple things. Waste of money.

This place doesnt even deserve a star rating after my experience, I understand its during a pandemic but theyre not half as busy as they usually would be. Ordered 2 10 piece boneless with fries and couldnt even get that right, never put fries in the container, you ask for sweet bbq and they give spicy bbq, so basically I got 20 boneless wings and thats about it, then you call to tell them and the only thing they wanna do is a refund for the fries I will never be going back here again.

Place is large with a lot of seating places. Ambience is good. Staff is quick and efficient.
