Buffalo Wing Man

I have been to Manny’s many times and find that this is a hit or miss restaurant. I don’t think I will be going back after my to go order was a train wreck. I ordered a strip steak with a loaded potato and received chopped steak with a baked potato with sour cream, no rolls which are to die for. I called the restaurant but the girl who answered didn't offer to correct it. There’s too many other good restaurants to choose from who know how to take care of their customers.

It took us 30 minutes to get seated, which was fine. The bartender at the bar definitely needed assistance, took us 20 minutes to get a drink because one bartender was not only taking food orders, but serving food along with drinks at the bar. Once seated, it took us over an hour and 15 minutes to receive our food. Our server, tony, was incredible. He was doing everything in his power to accommodate us and all of his tables around us from enduring the wait. I know it wasn’t his fault, but something needs to be done about the wait time for the food coming out once seated.

The food was delicious the steak was so tender and juicy full of flavor. And i had the most amazing server at manny’s chop house his name was Cecil. So Friendly and sweet. Will be coming back.
