Unprofessional / Poor customer service -Ridiculous wait time Made an order through the BWW app, which said it was ready to be picked up. I arrived and the cashier informed me that I had to wait another 30 minutes, and when I asked her why the app said it was ready she had no legitimate excuse. Gave them 3 stars because their chicken wraps are tasty, but they usually skimp out on the chicken. If you’re dining here on a weekend, be prepared to wait forever.

The food was extremely good! However, the place was extremely loud, and our service was bad. Waitress was very pleasant, but also let our drinks go dry and got our orders wrong. Didn't bring napkins, salt, etc. Would like to go back maybe for lunch one day when it's not so loud.

They have very many flavors for wings and you can get boneless or regular ones. Great place for wings, drinks, and sports.
