Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered online through Buffalo Wild Wings, got confirmation food would be delivered through DoorDash by 7:50, got a text at 7:45 saying the order was cancelled. I called in, was put on hold for 15 minutes, asked several time for the name on the order, then was hung up on (probably an accident). So I called back, got put on hold again for 15 minutes, asked my name again several times. This is now an hour past when by food should have arrived, so I hung up, called back, and the person who answered the phone was very short. Ended up cancelling the order after receiving no help or information whatsoever from the 3 different times I called to figure out what was going on. Very frustrating and will not be eating from here in the future.

The night crew was very professional and cordial at all times! I ordered a fry chicken wrap and salad... I was very pleased to see and taste a great dish.The location was also very clean.

Ive been to this BW3s several times, and generally the food is good, depending on whos making the wings. Last night they were completely disorganized, they couldnt take anymore orders after 8:30PM. We put in an order at 6PM. The food was terrible. Wings were completely dry and tasted like the chicken had been sitting in the fridge longer than it should have. Im now on my second run to the bathroom, blowing it out the tailpipe.
