Very friendly staff Quick Service dress for us if you want looking for a sports bar but if you're looking for a quiet dinner this may not be the place to care for you

Nice variety of food; good burgers, wings, and sauces. Service is good too. Great for dining with a group

Tonight was the 2nd time in a row BWW has messed up my order. Last time I ordered medium wings and got lemon pepper. I didn't say anything and let it go. This time I specifically asked that there would be absolutely NO Pico on my street tacos and of course I get home and realize both of my orders of tacos had it on my tacos.

After a two hour wait I was served cold cheese sticks a hot sandwich and cold fries. So much for appetizers and I the had to wait about another 20 min for a refill on my tea...was not a good time. Food was good taste wise

1/4/2020 Experience was horrible!!!!Food was cold!!! Server was nice nasty for no apparent reason!!!! Nooo refills, no nothing also she had our appetizer to wrong table by keying in wrong table no apology no anything!!!

The food is consistent. They took my and my friends touchtunes songs and put on advertising. No live games. I’m cool if they don’t want my money.

I wish I could go lower, my table of 7 waited an hour to get our food, we got an appetizer that didn’t even get cleared from the table when they brought our orders. Almost all 7 of our plates of food was either wrong, cold or luke warm. Honestly this was not worth the wait.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Manager staff is great and in work on getting wait staff up to speed there having growing Pains with some of the waitress's. But keep in mind if you do have a problem with your wait staff talk to the manager on duty . Remember they can't fix it if they don't know what's wrong. and if they know then hopefully it won't happen to the next customer . This location has come a very long way from what it was . They have managers who care and who want to make a change So give them a chance the food is worth it thenew boneless wings and bigger and better tasting .

Once we were seated not a single waiter or waitress came to our table. Not even once. We asked the hostess who our waitress is and she said she would look. She never came back. We asked a waitress in our area who our waitress was and she said she didn’t know and that she would ask. She never came back either. After 31 minutes of waiting with no service we got up and left. The service is horrible here.

Great draft prices. Good wings. Quinny was a great server, never left our group waiting for anything.

45 minutes of my life that I will never get back. 15 minutes to get seated (while looking at 8 empty tables) and 30 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Don't waste your time. Now I know why they weren't busy on a Saturday night.

Waited an hour or more for the food and it was barely warm upon arrival. Way too much money for what we received.

Was there on 11/27/2019. Ordered appetizer plate and a shot of liquor. We received our appetizer and waoted approximately 10 min before I approached the baretender since i had not seen our waitress. The bartender was talking to about 5 guys there may have been 5 tables taken in the restaurant. She informed me my drink order had been put in but she had other customers besides me. Bottom line after she was rude to me she was conveniently able to fix one shot of crown royal for me after our appetizer tray was almost gone.

We ordered delivery. And we called them to check on the order and no one answered the phones and it is over an hour wait. Currently waiting for it still while writing this

Love this place! Always great service and really good food thats hot and very quick to come out!
