We ordered take out. Wings, French Fries, mozzarella sticks, and soda. Food was nice and hot. The service was very good. We didn't wait as long as we anticipated.

I've gotten food from this place many times before. The food is perfectly fine; it's the service. The employees are so unprofessional. The most recent time I'd gone into the restaurant, they had my order under a different name. Not only that, but the order came out to over $30 more than what the server said over the phone. On top of all that, on several different occasions, an item wasn't there. I've only eaten inside the restaurant twice. The waiting staff that works in house customers are terrific. But, those doing takeout are abysmal.

They do that all the time at the one in middletown,ny and they will even tell you they can't seat anyone because the kitchen is behind.

I don't think it's a promo. It's always been half off traditional wings on Tuesday and half off boneless on Thursday. Then you have happy hour appetizers.
