5 stars for the bartender and service, and 1 star for the soggy-skinned chicken wings and celery with brown ends.

Clean location! Always friendly host and waitress. Is delicious as always are family night go too.

Service was fast and friendly. Only downfall was the answer to the question "do you have happy hour specials?". Waitress replied with " beers are $4 instead of $6, right?" I replied I don't know I was asking you. She said of yah $4. Which turned out to be wrong. But she was very pleasant and quick to bring us what we needed.

We love BWW because they have the tablets for the kids and it keeps them occupied. We we're waiting for our hotel check in so we took our time. Our waitress was great and was on the ball with anything we needed. They had some great games on and the food was very good. I always recommend the cheddar bites with Carmel sauce - I promise this will change your life! Love that they give a military discount! Def recommend if you are looking for a good chain restaurant!

This location is just ok. Seems the last 3 times we have been the food was just warm, or just not good. Service is good. With the exception of our last visit. Our waitress just seemed bothered with us. And my opinion cell phones should not be out while on the floor.

The good was fresh and filling! Our waitress was kind and efficient. Another waitress stopped by and we laughed and talked for a bit. Great atmosphere. Th he TVs were loud enough to hear but not SO LOUD that I couldn't have a conversation with my friend at my table.

This was my first time going to BWW. It was very well worth it. My server Cory was very attentive and courteous. I chose the lunch special which had a variety of options. My food came out quickly and was very good.

Love the wings most of the employees are very attentive though every time I go it seems like the prices go up. When it's busy service is extremely slow which is understandable considering the amount of alcohol some people drink.

Went to dinner around 6:30 with my family, a party of 6. 4 adults and 2 children, the food and initial drinks came out timely. After all but myself and my father left service dropped dramatically. We were given our bill without asking for it, because we had intentions of watching a football game. After that we were attended to every half hour if we were lucky. Our orders were messed up and when we asked for our check it took another 20 minutes. We finally flagged down a manager for our bill and left refusing his free drinks.

Food is good but you need to ask for extra sauce every time but it is a nice place to eat and great customer service

The service was nice and efficient. We were made sure everything was good throughout our visit. The Asian Zing Wings were just fabulous.
