Buffalo Wild Wings

Sports bars have never been my thing, but as a poker player I've certainly seen lots of them. Buffalo Wild Wings does things right. Amongst the BWWs in this area, the Gastonia operation is a cut above. The waitresses here are friendly and extra attentive, particularly to regulars. The menu is rather narrow, focusing on hot wings and other things American sports bar fare. There are plenty of craft beers on tap and a full bar offering daily specials. I play poker in a league here on Wednesday nights. Come join in the fun at 7pm and 9:30. It's free to play.In addition, there are plenty of TVs playing all sorts of sports events, electronic trivia, a TouchTunes jukebox, etc.

Sad to say BBW always disappoints, our server Kaitlyn (said on ticket unsure if correct) and she did a horrible job. Drinks sat empty, food came out cold, beers took 10-15 mins and when asked for waters it took another 30 mins. She never smiled nor acted like she wanted to serve us at all. We were here for a couple hours but there still was no excuse. As a restaurant supervisor myself it was very disappointing and I would never allow a server like that in my restaurant.

I showed up to watch the UFC fight. I waited over 30 minutes and then had 2 groups seated before me, who came in after me. It was busy, so I expected a wait. I was comped my drink and my waitress was attentive.

The food is decent and the tap selection is great, but everything is so expensive. I generally only go now when I have a gift card, which is unfortunate because they also have the best TV set up too (coming from someone who lives 4 states away from her favorite NFL team). Just too expensive.

Our waitress was awesome! Very I formative and just genuinely nice.

This is a sad review for me to have to leave. The Buffalo Wild Wings at the Gastonia location has fallen off BADLY and this used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Now it's like the quality of food has gone down, the quality of service, as well as the elimination of some favorites from the menu. Please get it together Buffalo Wild Wings. Sincerely a disappointed customer

Large dining area with plenty of TVs. Great enthusiastic crowds for game day. Booths are deep and perfect for perching a baby in a carrier (they have slings as well). Decent draft beer selection for a BDub.

Best waitress EVER! We didn't have to wait on anything! Kudos, BWW of Gastonia!You earned our repeat business!

Was never seated so we seated ourselves, didn't receive silverware or napkins, food was cold with hardly any sauce on the nasty looking wings. (And I love wings) never was asked how the food was or check up on after a 30 minute wait for the check I had to ask for it. And never got water refills.

Waitress was great. Food was great. Only thing the table was not cleaned before we sat down. When the waitress came she made sure it was cleaned.

Food was good and the service was really good. Lots to watch on the tv game wise and sport wise.

We really enjoyed the service that we received from Jess. What a great server, We also enjoyed the fact that Nicole checked up on the table. Food and service were both awesome 👏.

Went tonight with family and friends enjoyed our dinner there.

Was there today standing 10 mins waiting for a hostess or some sort of person to get a seat, finally I see someone and ask about a hostess, she didn’t even knee and then she was like sit anywhere! I had to leave because no one care about me and the person I was with standing there waiting for a seat and when I ask someone from the staff they just gave me attitude!

Ordered two ultimate nachos. I received a tablespoon ( and I’m being generous) of meat just thrown on one side of both orders. Second mistake was calling the manager who was no help at all! This family will NOT be patronizing this establishment again. This is not the first time I was disappointed with them but it will be the last !
