Buffalo Wild Wings

I visited this location with a friend. This was my first time visiting this place. We we seated in less than 5 minutes. The sever was very nice. My friend had questions about the wings on the menu. Specifically, she wanted to know about the flavors. It took about 15 minutes for us to be served. Unfortunately, my friend did not like the taste. The manager came to talk to us about our meal. The manager was kind enough to replace the order, provided extra wings and added fries that were not part of the order. I was very pleased with service we received and how the manager accommodated my friend. I would definitely return when in the area.

This location is always super slow. Wait staff doesn't seem to have a care in the world. We had to flag down the manager to get utensils, napkins, drinks refilled and plates to eat our food on. When we arrived we were told the manager was telling everyone to hold people at the door. 10 patties waiting and about 20 dirty tables, sections were closed off for unknown reasons. We were even told don't know by 3 different workers. Waitress forgot our refills and ranch. We ordered boneless wings and got bone in. Not much change from about a year ago. Good thing I'm patient and my son loves sports. Going to Annapolis location next time.

Me and my coworkers order lunch all the time from restaurants in the area and typically have no problems ... we had a TERRIBLE experience ordering from this location BWW. The 6 orders that we received were all mixed up, we were missing items that we ordered and had extra items that we did not order and on top of that they were out of ranch and blue cheese . So we had a whole box full of dry cold wings and fries... and mozzarella sticks that we didn’t even order. When I called to explain to them what happened the manager was rude and not helpful at all she said it was our fault and she “bagged everything up herself” . We will never order from them again.
