Buffalo Wild Wings

I have been coming here at least twice a week for years. I sadly have to say I can’t do it anymore. Every since the company was bought out by Arby’s corporation it has been sliding downhill fast. The food is horribly the wings are always cold and tough. The service sucks, the restaurant is filthy and I personally witnessed one of the cooks not washing his hands in the restroom. Hence this review sorry Bdubs I’ve loved you for years but I’m out!!

The first thing was the guy seating tables wiped his hand across his upper lip nose area!Then I was served a beer no napkin then waited 10 mins to order when the food came again no napkins or the platter to put the bones on.Got another beer! Then sat for over 30 mins with no service.So for an order of small wings and 2 beers I was 1 hour 45 mins had I not been dry for over the past 30 plus mins the time wouldn't have mattered!The food was great just the service was lacking. 2nd visit 1st was a pleasant experience this one not so much.

Quick service, which was a welcome surprise as we had been warned to not expect much. Food was very well prepared. TVs all had a nice variety of sports activities airing. Really a solid BDubs, you know what you're gonna get and they delivered

It's got better. Must have new management. Thank you. I love this place, but haven't been in over 6 months. When I wait, no joke an hour and a half for my food. It was cold and wrong.

This is the third time at this location that your dry rub or sauce on the wings don’t exist. For anyone reading this, the server isn’t to blame. So this isn’t his or her fault. The cooks are either lazy or don’t care about this restaurant. In the Detroit area, it’s always good. My advice, reorientation might do some good. On the other hand, that might not work either. Surprise visit from investors or owner would more than likely turn this around. For the future, I hope this can be resolved!

Waiter was great, food was okay, and my drink tasted like orange rind water. Asked if I could get a different drink and the manager declined.

Placed an order with a pick up time of 6:30pm i arived at the store at 6:25 and paid i did not have my food and was leaving until 6:50. So 20 minutes after i was supposed to pick up my order implying they did not even start preparing my order until i got there and paid. Zero point in setting a pick up time. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. So if you actually need your food on time dont come here.

The bartender was just slammed when I got there but she kept her cool.

Franchise has become overrated. Prices have gone up again with smaller portion sizes. 6 boneless wings $9.00 and they are so small and tough you can barely get your fork through them. Other wings spots are way better and bigger. Heck Mc Donald's chicken nuggets are way better, bigger and cheaper.

I frequent different BWW locations and the one in Battle Creek was the single worst experience I've had at this restaurant chain.They were not busy, the place was a mess, the waitstaff and several other workers were standing around talking to each other, it took over an hour to just get some wings and they didnt get the order right. Will not go back there again.

Friendly staff clean environment great food

Ordered small wings and nachos online thinking this would be the place that can produce those the quickest. WRONG. Arrived at the advertised pickup time and waited an additional 35 minutes. Mind you the restaurant was practically empty.. The front staff was apologetic however it should have been the manager on duty apologizing. The food was overpriced and my order was not correct. Management needs to step it up.My first AND last time ordering here, congrats BWW, out here setting records.

Gotta bring back that Lemon Pepper sauce (and not a rub) to get that fifth star...

Waitress clearly didnt want to be there. Food was cold. WE had to send everything we had back.

I bought food to go today for my parents from BC BWW and the service was terrible as usual. A productive worker Julia was busy taking orders over the phone. No employee ask to assist or spoke to those of us that was waiting to have our order taken or be seated until several minutes later. I ordered at 3:32 pm and my order got to me 4:09 after being told it would only take 15-20 minutes. The restaurant was not busy in comparison to the available staff. There is alot of chatting amongst the staff but not for enough customer service or cleaning being done. I suggest training the staff to stay in constant communication with their customers and less time chatting. I appreciate wait staff because I too was a waitress so I understand needing a break but customers should not be left standing around not being told that you will be right with them is just wrong. Applebee's at Lakeview Mall is the place to be.
