Buffalo Wild Wings

Unfortunately I know they are busy but the service we receive that night was not good at all. Our waiter passed by us many times even though we spoke to him about needing a refill, plus we did not get our food until it was time for us to leave so I actually had to take my food back to the room and enjoy it. I do give the kitchen a good response because the food was awesome but the service was not good at all. I think when we're up there next year we will probably find somewhere else to eat.

What can I say, their wings are fantastic and the service is exceptional. Love the atmosphere even though I'm not a sports fan in any way shape or form. On Thursdays they have .65 cents boneless wings so it's really friendly on the wallet. I definitely recommend it!

I’ve been coming here for a couple months now and always sit with Tony. He’s been amazing!!! So personable and friendly. The food and drinks are amazing. The manager, Dante, always swings by and says hello! Even the newest manager, Brad, has been so personable. Would definitely recommend this place! If I could give it more stars I would.

Very disappointed. Came in for some food late night. The Miller Lite Tap was flat. The Coors Light Tap was dirty. The Pepsi was flat. The Service was decent. But I must say the food was sub par. The street taco dressing tasted like it hadn’t been mixed well, and the server forgot to bring the sauce until the end of the meal. The food at Bdubs is already generally bad, you all could at-least have your alcohol in good status.

Extremely disappointed I’d suggest everyone go somewhere else to place an order to pick up. I’ve had many issues and now I decide to bring my issues to the table. The quality of my dessert nachos getting worse. The restaurant cutting down on the amount of ice cream cups. They used to give me 8 scoops of ice cream in 8 containers for 2 orders of dessert nachos. Now there’re only 2 cups for 2 orders and I have to ask them for more. Even they didn’t give me any Cheesecake bites, as in the picture. I was craving some ice cream and those cheesecake bites, and my night was ruined when I got home and opened my orders. Extremely DISAPPOINTED . So so so disappointed.

I came in on Saturday,January 4th, with my roommate to grab drinks and wings. It was a game night, to avoid to long wait time we took a seat at the bar. The bartenders that night were Drew Drew & Autumn. Autumn had her back to the bar the entire hour and a half we were there. She was watching the game, only making drink ticket orders, and on her phone for most of the time. Drew Drew was taking care of us. I ordered a drink and wings. However, I did not receive my drink until I asked for my check at the end of the time. He did take my drink off the ticket, but I still waited an hour and a half for a Malibu and Pineapple juice. He also had his back to us throughout the night & was on his phone. At one point they both left the bar completely unattended. My wings were salty and there were other unhappy customers at the bar when I arrived. I love Buffalo Wild Wing, but this one I will not be returning to any time soon.

I don’t care a lot about customer service as long as the food is good to be honest, but here they gave me less wings than what I payed for and they didn’t really have a lot of sauce. Another time I’m almost positive the wings were reheated, also they never give me enough ranch even though I ask specific amount of sauces. These were all to take out, for dine in I don’t have anything negative to say.

Dante is the worst manager, order online to be deliver and left clear instructions for gate code and delivery person left food at the entrance of neighborhood (can't confirm she did), Dante promised to give me my $70 refund but just avoided my calls, had to dispute the charge through my credit card since he wasn't man at all to show his face. Never ordering from this place again, my son loves going there every other week, he'll now go to the one on Suwanee, much better service.

I got the appetizer platter, because I couldn't decide what I wanted. Everything on it was great! I'm picky about onion rings and mozzarella sticks, especially. They weren't the best I've ever had, but they were really, really good. I don't think it was worth the hour drive, but if you live locally to one and have never tried it, I strongly recommend that you do.

If you want to wait for more than an hour, definitely come here! Ordered online, paid and everything to pick it up... still had to wait for more than an hour! Absurd!

I would have left y’all a review on your main website if it wasn’t so messed up. We came into this restaurant Feb 2, 2020 and was seated, I’d say we sat there for about 10-15 mins before I decided to get up and leave. I understand y’all are busy or short handed but a out waiter could have at least told us hey give me one second or something. I know this waiter was our waiter due to serving both tables beside us. She continued to look at us every time she walked by, but never said anything to us. I even at one point tried to get the managers attention, but he did not even bother to come over to us. This is our second time coming to this restaurant since we have moved here and this will be our last.

Food was pretty good. My drink was weak and the service wasn't the best. I like buffalo wild wings and I will still go just not back to the mall of Ga location.

I’ve been coming here for a while and always have the same couple of servers. They are great and the food is good as well. Dante (the GM) is great and always walks around greeting guests. Katie is our regular server, ask for her.

Cheyenne was super super helpful on the phone! She answered all the tough questions and was extremely nice and friendly about everything! I haven’t even been in the restaurant and I’m giving it 5 stars because of her! THANK YOU CHEYENNE #beans

A lot of big TVs and a cozy atmosphere. Went here to watch the Wilder Fury II fight. No seating was available; however, we arrived late so that was to be expected.
