I ordered lemon peper wings. There was NO seasoning on any of the wings! I drove all the way back to BWW after talking with the receptionist. The manager said that we should have shaken the container. Isn't that their job to put the seasoning on the chicken? My second order wasn't any better. Last time I'll go to BWW. Going to Wing Nutz instead.

What a mess. Made an order on the app. Then get a receipt saying the order will get here 2 hours after on a Tuesday night. 2 hours!? No. Nothing said it would take hours when I was placing order. Tried to call to cancel. Busy busy busy. Can’t get through. No option to cancel on app. Called corporate and they put a refund request in. But they can’t contact the property either so they don’t know if it will get cancelled. They keep telling me to contact the driver when it gets assigned. That’s a mess. There needs to be better logistics for mobile ordering. Especially during these times. Won’t be ordering from here again. Stay tuned to see if I get a refund!
