Buffalo Wild Wings

BWW has been a go to spot for years and years but lately I've been disappointed in the quality of their traditional wings. They've been under seasoned and not cooked correctly, either overcooked or undercooked. Their other items have still been really good, especially the Nashville Chicken Sandwich! For a wing place I just expect better wings I guess. The service is usually good but seems like management changes a lot and may be the cause of the inconsistency?

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I can't give a full 5 stars because of the inconsistent service. 2 out of 3 times I'm there, things are great, no complaints at all. But every now and then, things are just way too slow. Like waiting 15 for your drink order to show up. I'm more understanding on the food, they can only make so much, so fast. But drinks are too often incredibly slow. And for how much they charge for beer, it should be pretty fast.But hey, the food is good, so I keep going.
