Great food, server was awesome. If you live in the area, or are visiting, it is a great place. Clean restroom as well.

Service in bar area was slow. Food was good. Staff was very nice. Will be back to give another try.

We really enjoy going to Buffalo Wild wings. Our lunch was very good but took a long time to receive it. The waiter we had was good but seemed to have quite a few tables. Would like to stop again but may not as our experience wasn't the best.

Probably the best I've been in in awhile clean and the food is good. The bad is they are charging $3.19 for a regular pepsi. That's crazy!

Rebecca was our waitress, we didn't actually find out her name until she handed us our bill. Started off our night with "what do you want to drink?". Extremely rude, (I worked in food for years so I know how to handle an unhappy person), I tried my hardest to joke around with her and try to lighten up her night but she stayed straight faced. It made coming in not even worth the money. Disappointed.

The food has improved since the dark times a few years ago. The burgers are surprisingly good, and the boneless wings have gotten better. Less breading now. Try them out again.

Pay attention to the online orders please, especially during times of not being busy...... thx

I really like the remodeled look of this Buffalo Wild Wings. Our server attended us nicely. The menu has also been updated but I didn't try any of the new dishes. Overall, a great experience and I hope Buffalo Wild Wings only continues to improve their dining experience throughout their other restaurants.

By far the slowest service ever. Food is just OK. I keep giving them chance after chance thinking that they'll finally have it together, but nope. It's too bad, because it's nice to have a different style of dining in Franklin.

We actually finally had our chance to eat at this restaurant for the first time since they opened at this location. We decided to dine here on this Monday night, walking in it was slow. Our waitress was very irritated from the start. We ordered an appetizer. We told her that it tasted a bit off and she just walked away from us and it literally sat on our table, she never offered to take it off the check, didn’t offer to get us a new one. It sat on the table the whole time almost untouched. We got our food and she literally launched it on the table. Keep in mind we brought kids with us and this was in front of them. They grew easily annoyed and asked us from time to time if we thought the waitress was “okay”. I would never dine here again, such a bad experience.

This location is really a hit and a miss. The server turnover is pretty rapid and we haven't had a decent server in quite a while. Expect to wait awhile for your food, even if it's a slow period. And mistakes with your food order will be common. It seems like the serving industry has gone down in general but this location has a difficult time finding good ones
