Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered from doordash and when it arrived everything was wrong, I called and everything was fixed in a super timely manner and everyone was super kind about it. Just got my new food and everything is perfect

Had a great time. Our server was very attentive and the food was perfect. Hope to go back again soon.

It was busy, and our server went non-stop. She stayed right on top of things. However, I was not as impressed with the kitchen. My granddaughter asked for her sauce on the side, and they put it in her wrap. I asked for some mayo in my wrap, and there was none. Also, the Blackberry Fizz (?) did not taste like it should. First, it has always (at other stores) come in a bottle. If this was a fountain drink, the mix was wrong and there was way too much syrup and not enough soda. (The above being said, we did not tell our server because she truly was running all over).

Wings, beer and every sports game you want to watch...what more does a guy need to unwind and relax after a long day!

Johnny was helping out upfront while everyone was picking up their to go orders. He was super friendly while some people waiting were getting irritable. He apologized for the wait, thanked people for their patience, and offered free drinks while we waited.

We went on a Sunday evening around 6:30. The server was very nice but VERY slow and got our drink order wrong and then our dessert order wrong. He didn't check back very often. The floors/ carpet had a bunch of food & dirt. Not impressed. The wings were tasty but dry.

What started out as a horrible experience turned into a great experience... HOLLY was amazing and went above and beyond our expectations to address our concerns. I highly recommend anyone to go here. The food was delicious as you would expect. The service team was amazing. Thank you Holly and your team for the exceptional service.
