Buffalo Wild Wings

Usually BWW is fairly good. Decent beer and good boneless wings. Tonight was fair from good. The place was dead at 7:00 and our waitress didn't even come to us for 11 minutes after we had been sat down. She had walked right by us several times before and never acknowledged us. When we were finally waited on, she was rude and rushed us on our ordering. When we got our orders, everything was cold and the wedges were burnt. My drink had sat at the table empty for most of my time there. Usually this place is fairly decent but tonight was by far the worst I've ever experienced.

Food quality is good but it took forever to get our food. Waited over 20 minutes to receive our food and they only brought half of our food and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for the rest of our food. Sat for at least 15 minutes with empty cups waiting for refills. Also it took three separate waiters to get our food out to our table.

I stopped by the Tesla charging station to recharge and decided to grab some food and a drink from BWW. My server Darren was outstanding. He quickly provided service and offered multiple specials. He was friendly. The wings were great as well. I ordered half Asian spice and parmesan garlic boneless wings with the onion rings. I highly recommend trying the Black Velvet drink. It's half Guinness and Wine. Overall experience here was 5 stars.
