Good food, friendly service, good music, reasonable prices. Not many places these days give you all that.

3.5 stars. Hit us more like a taco fusion place than what we were expecting as out-of-towners. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of ingredients and flavor of food. Nice atmosphere as well. Would visit again!

Their burritos are the best. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I've been many many times over the years and never been disappointed!.

Ordered take-out salad and burrito bowls, a pool of water had collected at the bottom of the container, soggy lettuce, tasteless ingredients, nearly unenjoyable. Have never left a Google review but this was inexcusably bad. Sorry.

I've been to four different Bueno Y Sano locations and this is my favorite one! They're very good at customizing your burrito orders and the classic Bueno salsa is delicious!

Any UMass alum will tell you that Bueno is a fixture in the Amherst experience. Great, affordable and healthy meals. The taco plate with the roasted jalepeno is my fave and has been since 2000 when I first introduced to this staple of the community by my college roommate. They have opened other locations and on occasion, I visit the West Springfield location. However, when I am feeling nostalgic, it's Amherst all the way. I live in Holyoke, where I grew up, but when I lived in Arizona for 9 years, there was never a time that I came home and didn't visit Bueno/Amherst.

I've pretty much always had a good experience here, their food is great, the staff are friendly, and the consistency has remained great for years. I love the spicy bbq chicken burrito, it's got enough spice to actually be considered spicy but isn't overpowering.

This place is simply awesome. The food is immaculate and comes at the most 10 minutes after I order every time I dine at Bueno Y Sano.

Bueno is great (see what I did there!). It has been a staple if my diet since they opened 20 some-odd years ago. The guacamole is probably the best I’ve ever had.

I recently tried Bueno for the first time in 21 years, and it was just as good as I remember it.

Bueno is always fantastic! Had a beef chili burrito which wasn't my favorite but still very tasty and a new addition since I last visited. I'll go again and again and again

Not quite as good as the Springfield store, but still some great Mexican food.

The best burrito place ever!!! Even on my no carb/no sugar diet they are still soooooo good and willing to accommodate their customers!
