We're a small family-run shop in the heart of Vancouver's vibrant Main Street. Our ice cream is made in-house using simple ingredients and our scoops are made to order using liquid nitrogen. We sell all kinds of creamy treats including scoops, pints, ice cream sandwiches, floats and milkshakes. We also carry beverages from local companies including soda, kombucha, coffee and tea.

I had the Thai Milk Tea flavour; really tasty! The shop is small, with little to no room at the door to queue up. Lucky for me I was there late in the evening and there was only a couple guests ahead of me. Buckets prides themselves on fresh, simple ingredients and ice cream that is made to order, with liquid nitrogen to flash freeze your ice cream, and no additives like stabilizers, gums, or gelatine. That being said, my tasty ice cream was fully melted by the time I walked the 5 blocks home. I will definitely go back again soon, but I will opt for one of the prepared jars of ice cream for take away order at the till.
