Almost everything we ordered (beer and food) was unavailable and the burger was not cooked long enough.

Three stars for food and ambience but service was horrible. Had to find someone to sit down and when we did they were rude. The servers were very vocal about being to busy (but their were only a few tables) and took forever to get our drinks so we ordered a appetizer and went somewhere else.

What a terrible place. Rude service unbelievably weak drinks. When asked if they could make my drink with less mixer was told I would be charged for a double, wasn't asking for more alcohol just less soda. Any good bartender would be embarrassed by these Jokers.

Visited on a Sunday evening before seeing a concert. Good thing we allowed for extra time, as the service was quite slow. We sat ourselves and it took about 10 minutes for a server to make their way to our table, yet they stopped at tables who sat after us. Food was OK (pub chips and northwoods burger)...Server didn't bring ketchup, mustard, or napkins. We had to ask for everything. The kicker was that the water in the women's restroom wasn't working! Certainly there are better places downtown with similar/better prices and FAR better service.

Menu felt a hair overpriced. Food was decent but didn't blow me away. Fun Sconnie environment and nice warm fireplace.

Chicken bacon Swiss sandwich - chicken breast was TINY - smaller than the palm of my hand and thin. $14!!!!!! Then $2 more for tots???!!Bathroom had an extra toilet seat hanging over the stall wall - wth? No paper towels. We came for lunch before Hamilton. Prices too high. Limited menu. One menu item was not available.

Very good cookies at the end of a meal. Reasonable prices, just another bar on state street.

Stopped in here recently before seeing a Saturday night show at the Overture. We only had drinks, service was friendly and fast. The main reason we stopped in was the giant fireplace—it was rainy and this was the perfect place to warm up!

The food was good. Typical bar food. The drinks were good as well. Decent selection and cocktails were heavy handed on the alcohol which is always appreciated. My biggest gripe was that it was like there was Thanos snap that happened to their menu. Literally half of the items weren't available the night we went before a comedy show.

I just wanted a brat and fries at 9:22 PM, but apparently the kitchen closes before that. Also, the quizmaster carries a lightsaber and I can’t hear him. Spend your Thursday evening elsewhere

Overpriced but they made us coco even though it wasn't on the menu and it has nice atmosphere and it's nice to sit by the fire on a cold day.

This might be the most mediocre place I've ever been to. Not good. Not bad. Just mediocre

I have a food allergy (gluten) and when I asked about gluten free options, the server told me that there are almost no available options. After explaining that I was gluten free, I ordered a bunless burger... their fries aren't gluten free.. I asked about their chips... they didn't have any.. so I asked for a side salad. That came to the table with croutons on it. When I asked the server for a different salad bc of the croutons, I was asked to just pick them off the salad... which I can't do. It was a frustrating experience and I wish I followed my initial instinct to leave when I first sat down. I had zero warm and fuzzy feelings from our server, but managers need to retrain staff on how to handle food allergies.. advise the server to clarify if things are a food preference or an allergy and mark the ticket as an allergy so the chef and prep team can work to accommodate the allergy without generating food waste and making the guest feel like a jerk for advocating for themselves.
