I don't really want to complain but pasta was really not good cold and meat was not fresh at all. Service was very good

Love the food at this Italian chain. However unless you want a lot of leftovers it’s better to go in a group as their portions are created for 3 people (small) and 5 people (large). It’s a family friendly place. The food is delicious with lots of pizza/pasta choices; not to mention many desserts.

My experience with this restaurant was horrible I went on a school trip to eat there and our food was cold our soda was flat my friends cup was leaking and honestly there cookies were the only ok thing it’s absolutely not ok to serve anyone cold food not even kids they thought we wouldn’t leave a review but I guess other than that the service was great they did fix most of our other issues but the food was still cold and the soda was still flat if they treat their other customers like this I don’t think I’ll be returning they didn’t think if we liked it we would want to come back but to be honest I wouldn’t eat there again

Very disappointed with the food quality. It was cold, my coffee was cold, my app was cold and it was really too much when I saw my lasagna cold and dry. As if they had heated it the microwave and forgot it inside , when the dish arrived on our table it looked stale , I still digged in for some taste, but in vein..worst lasagna ever . The two stars are for the service..we got the table in a few minutes upon arrival, which was great. And the beat part was the girl who served us. She was extremely nice and polite. The tip should go to her only. She changed my coffee and brought me a great hot cup and was very mindful of filling my cup again..She was the only reason I didn't call the manager for food quality. But since it's a restaurant the food should also have some level..not sure if I will return there..very disappointed as a first time tourist in New York and first dinner of 2020 in NY.

Left full. Service was good, could have come around a few more times (we were half done food before waitress asked us about food).Food was like momma made it and was Italian. Nice pastas, nice sauces, even the mozza on the pizza tasted fresh. Desserts big. One cake piece was great for the 7 of us.

The manager did not know how to treat customers. We were not allowed in to dine with our pre-bought City Sightseeing passes. They told us that it was too late. I showed them the rules that applied at City Sightseeing, but the manager would not listen to me. It is clear that they need to clear their deal with City Sightseeing. It should not be the customers fault if they have not made a clear deal, and the manager have to learn how to treat customers in a nice way if the restaurant wants to stay in business. For us, this was unfortunately a very bad experience. There are other restaurants in the same deal, and we were welcomed and dined in a splendid way at the neighbour restaurant Planet Hollywood.

We were big fans of Buca di Beppo, having visited others in Indiana and upstate NY. This one , unfortunately left us disappointed a bit. We were seated quickly and our server was lovely and attentive, which we would expect since it was nearly empty for a 2pm in Times Square. Where was everyone? Kid’s pizza had a weird crust and taste was “offâ€. Manicotti was very dry and overcooked, but the Caesar salad was good. It’s expensive when you add up the per person cost, which becomes unacceptable when the food isn’t good. $28 for 6 small dry/overcooked Manicotti is too hard to accept. We usually visit every other part of the city which allows us a lot of restaurants to choose from. With the sheer quantity, variety and amazing quality of other eateries throughout NYC, I see no reason to return to a par one such as this.

Food was great. But the information was priceless! Just visiting New York (seika I might be spelling his name wrong... Sorry bout that). Told me the best places to capture the best views of the city.... For free.

Nice family style Italian dining. Easy to order too much food. Wish the bruschetta were less cheese and more -- anything else. Spinach Artichoke Dip is good but unremarkable. The Chicken Parm is large portions and the sauce is fresh tasting and flavorful. The Baked Rigatoni has nice pieces of sausage and ice cream scoops of ricotta cheese.

Delicious family style Italian restaurant. Each dish is expensive but three people may struggle finishing one. A true must go! Exceptional food!!
