Hands down the best Italian foodvI have ever had. I loved the atmosphere and the staff was amazing!

Great for large groups, kids and families of all sizes. Portions are huge and a great value for the area.

We had a group dinner here and everything went so smooth. The staff was attentive and if course the food was great.

Great sharing restaurant for groups. The menu items are in shareable sizes. Small size is for 3 people and large size is for 5 people. But my friend and I (two girls) can finish 1 small size pasta. Taste is good. Pastas come with bread.

Very disappointed with the food quality. It was cold, my coffee was cold, my app was cold and it was really too much when I saw my lasagna cold and dry. As if they had heated it the microwave and forgot it inside , when the dish arrived on our table it looked stale , I still digged in for some taste, but in vein..worst lasagna ever . The two stars are for the service..we got the table in a few minutes upon arrival, which was great. And the beat part was the girl who served us. She was extremely nice and polite. The tip should go to her only. She changed my coffee and brought me a great hot cup and was very mindful of filling my cup again..She was the only reason I didn't call the manager for food quality. But since it's a restaurant the food should also have some level..not sure if I will return there..very disappointed as a first time tourist in New York and first dinner of 2020 in NY.

Buca is one of my favorite “franchise style” Italian restaurant. This location is located on the third floor of the same building Planet Hollywood is located. Once the elevator door opens the environment of the old Italian decor makes you feel like you are going to a nice family Italian dinner. The food is really really good. We ordered the salad along with the large Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken and the Large Spaghetti with Meatballs (which the size and flavor of the meatballs is what they are known for). The meals are family style meals so it’s sharing portions. For example our Large Meatball meal easily served all five of us and about 1 pound of pasta was still remaining after we were full! The meal was terrific as well as the service we received. Overall this location is another must visit when in NYC. 😉

Amazing!!!! Everything I've had has been great!! Great staff and service as well. The garlic bread and fried mozzarella is a must!! Our server Ebrahim was fantastic.

Typical chain Italian restaurant. Food was good and the servings were huge! Will be back. The Italian margarita was very good!

The food wasn't horrible, but I can make better at home, especially at the prices they charge. The garlic bread was also not worth it. It had so much garlic pieces that it was hard to taste anything else. They also overcooked our sausage. Definitely wouldn't go back.

Good price for the value and location. Hard to find but fun vibe for a restaurant. Has no windows but very familiar like an old Italian house.We had a white pizza and it was very greasy and full of garlic. The deserts were nice. Staff were not very attentive (ex. we finished our plate and had to ask the waiter to remove it and bring the desert).

Delicious family style Italian restaurant. Each dish is expensive but three people may struggle finishing one. A true must go! Exceptional food!!

Service took too long. The reason is that the waiter was helping a table of like 12 and when I asked a waitress for my order of garlic bread after waiting 20 minutes she said she will tell my waiter instead of helping me. Disappointed.

5:30 reservation for 4, told they were backed up and it would be 20 min. 40 min later we were seated, no kids menus or crayons. Long story short i got our own silverware, napkins, plates, and straws. The salad came at the same time as the dinner. Salad was soft and warm. Pasta was way overcooked. Disgrace of a restaurant. Get your act together. Oh yeah, it was as hot as hell in there.
