I decided to treat myself so I purchased two Crème brûlée cookies. After looking at the cookies I noticed that the sugar coating wasn’t what I was used to. I brought the cookies back in and explained my issue to the employee. It wasn’t a big deal but I was really looking forward to this treat. She was was very apologetic and went to speak to the owner. She apologized and graciously made two new cookies on the spot for me and packaged them beautifully. Once I got settled. I opened the box to find nothing short of the best Crème brûlée cookies I have ever had!!! I say this to say, if you have ever had a bad experience here I ask that you give them a chance to fix it. You will not be disappointed.

The atmosphere was good and the service was great, but I was disappointed with the texture and taste of their cupcakes. Ordered six different flavors and we didn't love any of them. Maybe our expectations were too high because of all the hype about how great they are, but I've made better cupcakes at home. The cookies were good, though.

Still a good cupcake but not as good as they used to be 3 years ago. Still one of Roanoke must try cupcake places. If you do go the best time is usually between 11:30 and 2:00pm. I always seem to get the freshest cupcakes at this time. I still frequent this bakery, so don't take my 3 stars as a bad rating. It is just comparison to all the bakeries I have rated over the years.

We live in Christiansburg and was so sad to have ours leave. Was so excited to visit this roanoke location with my almost 2 year old. He absolutely loved his giant cupcake! Will most likely be making the drive to get several cupcakes for his birthday party in May ❤️

Excellent cupcakes- I've never had a bad flavor! Love the tiffany blue and the sea salt brownie!

Such good cupcakes and cookies as well. My favorite place to go when I want something sweet!!
