Bruster's Real Ice Cream

They make fantastic chocolate milk shakes. All their ice cream is fabulous. During peak times be prepared to spend more than just a few minutes waiting but the ice cream is well worth the wait.

The variety is very nice and changes too. The prices are reasonable The ice cream was very yummy. Even my dog agrees considering they have ice cream (inc a dog bone) for your furry friends.

Always happy to come there. One if the best ice cream places in Jacksonville.

I used to love brusters. Their chocolate peanut butter buckeye ice cream is amazing, but the last few times I went I got maybe 5 buckeyes in a whole pint of ice cream and very little peanut butter. Also last time I went I saw a worker cleaning the mixer (including the part that touches ice cream when making blasters) with Windex. I am pretty sure that is not considered a food grade cleaning product. I won't be going back.

I was in line at the window ready to order ,when a young lady closed the window I my face. I was highly offended with her. However I didn’t want to ruining the experience for my family. It’s such a shame that my family enjoys Bruster, however I’m skeptical to patronize them in the future. This does not speak for everyone working this Friday evening but she was rude beyond belief.

I had the brownie sundae with oreos cheesecake icecream. Delicious.

Awesome locally owned ice cream place! We love the many amazing flavors (Chocolates Peanut Butter Buckeye is my fave!), the free kids cones and the free doggy ice cream!

Brusters is an outdoor, walk up ice cream place. They always have tons of flavors and all of the classic serving options (cones, cups, sundaes, splits, shakes, etc.). The staff is always friendly and quick and are happy to give you free samples of any flavor. They've always been incredibly patient as my kids yet and sample just about every flavor there before making up their mind.

Always a fantastic treat to get after a meal or warm day in mandarin. Always speedy and good. Upon our most recent visit they had a flavor that my girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed, called “Carole did it.” Would highly recommend.

Pretty good... Getting messy when the kids don't eat fast enough though
