Bruegger's Bagels

Bruegger’s has mine and my boyfriends favorite sandwich. We always get the turkey chipotle club. We have been to many other Bruegger’s locations and they are always great. This location, however, seems to mess up our food every time we go. This last time causing me to write this review is because the employee but ham instead of turkey on our sandwiches. The name of the sandwich is TURKEY CHIPOTLE. Some people don’t eat ham. I called the store to tell them and they didn’t even apologize. Do better.

Great food and drink with friendly staff

The employees are nice they are just slow as all get out. I always have a long wait when I go there for a simple bagel.

Perhaps service has been improved lately? My experience was quite good. Maybe managers are reading these reviews...Had very friendly and efficient service on the bagel side of this joint coffee bagel shop. My everything bagel had "everything-ness" on both sides, which isn't always the case in bagel shops. Good ambience, with awesome but not overly-loud music when I was there (awesome if you heart 80s tunes).It seems I'm officially contradicting the one star reviews... those who had a bad experience may want to try again?

First time here. Great place to eat also you can get a cup of coffee. Sit down eat have your coffee, check your emails.

Fun place, great bagels. Messed up my order because I read the description below the price but it was still good. Caribou coffee has the best dark chocolate mocha too!

The bagels are pretty good and pricing is fair. I was disappointed however when I ordered a bagel with cream cream and salmon, they opted to charge for the full special price of the sandwich which includes, tomato, capers, lettuce, onion. Gotta says, take a away a bit of the warm fuzzies

Tasty bagel sandwich helpful staff. If you ask for a bagel be sure to specify you want a full bagel they will toss the middle to make a skinny bagel so please do not waste food.

Service was quick and friendly. Tables were clean, and utensil and napkin area was clean and stocked. Ice coffee tasted watered down, bagels were delicious.

Bagels are still great, but the service is bad. It has to do with the encouragement of the management, the training on the job, the attitude the employees are instructed to give. It is a SHAME, since it seems the product is excellent, but the lack of time, hiring additional help and processes are failing the business. Millions spent on quality food and the experience is killed by under staffing, and under training. This is a mini food court and because it is a SHARED location, there seems to be a lack of control for the common areas to stay clean. Wish the property management / land lords were smarter.

First, employee used a dirty knife covered in guacamole to cut my bagel. After making him throw that one away and cooking me a new bagel, employee began cutting my cooked bagel with the same gloves he was using to crack raw eggs in the back. When I told employee I didn't want a raw egg covered bagel, he asked if I wanted him to make another one. When I said "yes, I don't eat raw egg covered food", the shift supervisor snapped at me saying "You don't need to talk to him that way". I told her that my response, to employee attempting to serve me a bagel with raw egg on it, was completely justified. Don't go here!

If you want to go somewhere and wait 20 minutes on line for a bagel and coffee this is your place. There’s hardly a time of day when they aren’t terrible at service. Every 5-6 months I go to see if it’s improved...and kick myself for going every time. Today the wait was about 20 minutes. Par for the course.

I believe I gave this place another chance but I know for sure to not go here to get a good tasting breakfast bagel sandwich! Panera Bread bagel sandwiches may be more to pay but trust it's worth it! And that's the place I should of went to instead of a place where the customer service is phony and the food is trash,PERIOD.

This Bruegger's has been my morning hangout for years. It is a very friendly location, there is ample parking and is always full of interesting people. This location is popular with freelancers and others that work from home. The location is a shared space with Caribou Coffee. Excellent neighborhood vibe...😊
