Brueggers Bagels

Service is shockingly slow. They need to hire more staff.

Good bagels but that’s about it. The shop was not very busy when we walked in and despite that I had to wipe down a table in order to find a clean spot to sit at. We ordered 2 soups and bagel. I went to wash while our food was being made and found the water ice cold and the hand towel machine empty. The toilet was disgusting with fecal matter on the outside of the bowl and seat, Toilet paper dragging on the absolutely filthy floor. I walked out and told the ladies behind the counter that the ladies room was out of paper towels and they looked at each other then at me and said and did nothing. Our soups came out cold and even after requesting a warm up they were still lukewarm. The bagel was so good we ordered a second and despite ordering a duplicate the second was missing some of the ingredients of the first, making it a completely different sandwich and not what we had ordered. One of the waitresses headed into the ladies room to change the paper towels (hopefully) but no luck she came back out shaking wet hands and went back to work!!! Isn’t this the posh little burb of Newton? If so do they have a board of health inspector? I will never return to this shop and why would anyone when you can go to any Panera or Finagle a Bagel for delicious bagels in a spotlessly clean environment?

Great bagels and service. Wish they didn't change their hours.

I asked for a toasted crunchy bagel but instead I got a rubbery everything bagel. They threw it in an oven. Which I hate.

Best NY style bagels

RUDE staff, ordered cream cheese on a bagel and so little was placed that I couldn’t see the cream cheese. Asked for them to add more and I was given attitude and told I needed to pay for extra! They didn’t give me any to begin with! The staff on 12/10/23 needs to be fired.

The bagels are really delicious, the dough is fresh and flavorful, the prices are okay and the customer service is awesome.

Got a great deal. Baker's dozen for $5.99. Bruegger's are pretty good. The best is Bagelsaurus.

I love the fresh bagels here. They are made fresh right in front of you. I ordered the breakfast sandwich the western, a delicious egg,pepper,bacon,and special sauce on a fresh everything bagel. I absolutely love this sandwich, order it everytime I go. The coffee isn't too bad either! I would recommend stopping by here next time you are in Newton.

I've always been a big fan of Bruegger's. Almost everything on the menu has been good. And the staff is very friendly too

Don't really like the way the set up the ordering. Takes too long and the line builds up. Too stressful.
