Bruegger's Bagels

Diamond in the rough. Great food but needs to be cleaned and remodeled. Ann's more seating.

Not my favorite Brueggers downtown, 4th Ave is. But they are decent

Ok. Wish they would've toasted the bagel first for the sandwich I ordered. It also wasn't hot, warm moreso.

They were very friendly, considering we were wearing away team clothes. Chatted with the workers for a bit and everything was pleasantly served. A good memory from our trip

Food quality is 4 stars because I love Bruegger's Bagels in general. The location of this specific restaurant is prime, being that it's in the heart of the city. Nevertheless, the staff was unenthusiastic and not friendly. The furniture has noticeable wear and tear (especially the booths) and both bathrooms were disgusting. Finally, the cleanliness was lacking (ie. a bag of trash just sat around in the eating area for the hour or so my family was there eating)

Delicious bagels. Unfortunately the employees look like they want to punch you. Too bad.

Good food, had to wait in line, but it was breakfast time, so it was expected. line move quickly. food was good!

Went to counter to order. the black lady walked away when she seen it was a older white male. Left. They need better customer service

This morning, 6:45 a.m., I was the only person placing an order and somehow they still managed to get to wrong.

A great place for a breakfast sandwich and some fresh orange juice. Delicious dessert options too.
