Brown Bag Burgers

Nice burger but they gave me 2 of 4 end pickles, fries tasted good but half of them are burnt. The table was sticky.Edit: The next morning I threw up all the burger

One of the best burgers in Cleveland. Burgers great and fries very good. Family favorite. Good value also.

Unfortunately, we wanted to like this place. And it looked delicious. But my husband and I spent the whole night hunched over the toilet seat with food poisoning. I haven’t been asleep since 2am. This was our first date night in 15 months. My husband has a double burger and i had the single burger with fiesta fries. Since it was both of us who got sick and we ate the same type of burger (he just got an extra patty). Sorry to say we won’t be back.

Nice burger selection, great side salad, craft beers reasonably priced. Courteous servers. I'll be back for sure.

Burgers were okay. Forgot fries, forgot milkshake. They said they were going to make it. Ate all of the food and had to go back up and ask 3 people where the milkshake was. The whole time some lady was just walking back and forth behind the counter. Other people also had messed up orders. First time eating here probably won't be back not really worth it.

Five guys has some competition on their hands! This place has some really good burgers. Or you can create your own. Either way you'll be satisfied! Thanks a lot BBB this is just what I need before I hit the highway on my way back to Detroit, Mi.

Great taste, you can customize your burger and wide variety to choose from.

Food was tasty. Not handicap friendly at all. A wheelchair can not fit down aisles of the sitting area. Then have to practically run people over to fit through to leave. I had the burger with Italian dressing and meats. It was good, not the greatest, but decent. Another got a burger with bacon, she wasn't happy with it.

Their burgers are one of the best I have had.

The Macdaddy was amazing and everything was cooked fresh to order. If I had to pick between here and Five Guys, Brown Bag wins everytime.

Not bad. I wouldn't classify this a gourmet burger joint, but it isn't exactly fast food either.
