BEWARE: My husband and I both got Food Poisoning after eating here! I would not recommend. The Owner should invest in his building and follow proper sanitary procedures.

This is my favorite restaurant in Nashville. Not cheap but worth every penny. I highly recommend either location. My favorite wings are X-Hot and lemon pepper. The cajun fries are amazing and the fish sandwich is great, too. If you're lucky, you'll get to thank Brother Z for the great food face to face.

If you want wings, this is the spot. Very unassuming from the exterior of the building but this place is all business when it comes to making the best wings.

I had the wet wings- hot. Perfectly cooked and sauced. French fries were awesome. Owner is super friendly and fun to talk to. There's no dine in option so I'd would call an order in ahead of time if you can. I will definitely be coming back.

Ewwww, the lemon pepper wings were ok. I ordered 12 extra hot wings and told them to send ranch and ketchup too. The wings were gooey like inside... tasted like they poured a bunch of hot sauce on it. Didn’t send ranch AGAIN. I loveeeee hot wings but these are nasty. I’ll never order from here again. Too expensive to be so nasty.

I ordered 12 piece (medium) wing, fries and a drink and the total was $17.95. The dipping sauce was $0.55 a piece equaling $1.65. In total I spent, $19.60 at the establishment. Here are the reasons why I am rating the restaurant 2 stars:1. A 10-12 piece combo should not be over $15.00. (Applebee’s bone-in wings are 11.99)2. One dipping sauce (ex: Ranch or Blue Cheese) should be complimentary with the order. Also, the dipping sauces were poured into mini plastic cups and not individually packaged with the name on top. The sauce was an off brand dipping sauce. 3. The medium wing sauce wasn’t great. It didn’t have a true flavor. 4. No sitting area Overall, the service was great and he was very friendly. I am just appalled at the price of the 12 piece combo and the dipping sauce.

Brother Z's is the truth. I travel all the way from Michigan to Nashville just for a taste. Onion rings are crispy and the wings are lit. And he is also a great owner very down to earth.

This place hollas old school chicken shack...was late in the day when I got there so no ribs for me...got the wings and onion rings instead...did not enjoy either cuz the rings were the reconstructed type and wings were those huge mutated tasteless things...the service was good and what also saved the day...i ordered the fried bologna sandwich to see what the fuss was about...usually don't care for giant hunks of processed meat but this thing was unbelievably good...it's an acquired taste thing that I quickly obtained

Omg hands down some of the best wings I have had in my life. Might be a hole in the wall place but if I'm even back in Nashville I will make sure to stop by again!!!
