Brooklyn Diner

The waitress was nice I ordered the Thanksgiving Dinner or plate. It took for ever to get my food. It came with mashed potatoes noodle kuger and spinach ONLY 2 slices of Turkey NOT FRESH TURKEY it was like the stuff at the delicatessen that Turkey roll thing. For 25 dollars was no way woth it

Raw burger, awful customer service, charged me for a burger no one in their right mind would eat. The couple sitting behind us had the same issue with their food. Don't waste your money. Go to Hard Rock Cafe across the street.

Nice place, and the burger was huge and good.Keith was very nice and helpful.

Ordered the pastrami on seeded sour dough grilled bread. The bread was soggy in the middle, the pastrami was thick sliced and dry. Nothing came on the sandwich , was dry . It was $20 for the sandwich overpriced. Took 40 minutes to get food , one of meals didnt have All the ingredients and they just brought out without them , manager didn’t charge for meal. The manager and waitress were awesome, food not so much!

Cool place, great atmosphere and not that expensive given it's a stones throw from Times Square. Amazing burgers.

The best burgers with fries toasted brioche bread. Pastrami sandwich with mustard. Went there for lunch today, it's really great to find a real diner in the city. Updated menu to accommodate the vast array of tourists in the city. It's always busy in there, pass by every day going home from work. Good for breakfast, quick lunch meeting. The presentation and service is very good. They do not hurry you out despite the fact they are always busy. Right off of time square.

Solid 3.5-4. The veggie burger was really good and came out extremely quick! Only thing is, the meal can easily get expensive, with of their items being a little overpriced. Sadly, the fries, while extremely hot and fresh, could have been cooked a little longer. It may just be their style of french fry, but I like mine extra crispy! Lastly, the BBQ sauce was outstanding, shockingly good for a diner. I'm guessing it was made in house.Overall, deff a place I would go back to, especially if I was in the mood for a good veggie burger!

This is the second time I’ve gone to the Brooklyn diner and the waitstaff here are terrific. Shout out to our greeter, Naomi ( I hope I remembered your name right) and our waiter, Kalen at 43rd St.! I never expected to really like the pasta at a “NewYork deli” but it was really really good. Very good matzoh ball soup but a little bit on the salty side. I ordered a hot chocolate that came with the delicious marshmallow but had to return it. I always come back to restaurants when there’s no problem returning something that just doesn’t taste right. I couldn’t describe this hot chocolate except it was way too chocolatey and bitter which would be great in a chocolate bar. Our greeter and waiter made another cup for me from a different chocolate and it was perfect. It was such a pleasant surprise.I have a lousy back and the restaurant has the most comfortable booths. Mostly because of the waitstaff I am giving it five stars.

Great food and fantastic service! The portions are what you come to expect from a diner but faaaar from diner prices to just be careful of that.I strongly recommend you book a table before arriving as you'll likely be in for a 30 minute wait if not.

I was excited to go visit i go in hostess was polite .15 min wait cool we waited got our seat sat down waited 15 more minutes till someone ask what we wanted. Simple order two of the same burger waited 28 minutes till it come to the table with no ketchup or mayo that i put in the order i had to wait 8 minutes till he get the ketchup and 10 minutes for the mayo by this time everything is cold the gave me like 10 fries i counted them so we eat thr cold food and pay and head out..i do need to mention that the stylish manager was on point telling his staff what t do and was very nice i dont think he had any idea what was going on so you do the math if is worth going back.

Excellent chicken noodle soup, Ruben and hummus plate. The desserts looked amazing but we just didn't have room

**A FIRST for me , in all of my travels- the restroom had a very small cup dispenser for their complimentary MOUTHWASH! Of course I used some! **We elected to have breakfast at the bar. The bartender was a lot of fun! The entire staff was friendly and seemed happy to be working on a Saturday morning. The pastrami hash was suggested, and I ordered it. (It does come with green pepper, but not overloaded.) I felt it was a great dish, coming with fried polenta and an English muffin. Mister ordered blueberry pancakes. They were blueberry pancakes, as expected.

The flatiron steak, mashed potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and blackcherry soda tasted very good. I liked it a lot. Very tasty indeed. Yes.

Food was great and service was fast and friendly despite how busy it was. I definitely recommend making a reservation. Thank goodness we had one. It was packed and I watched so many people get turned away.

Awesome, 80s style (I think) venue with the most delicious Chicken Pot Pie I have ever had (twice)!
