My third visit, outstanding!!! Worth the wait .. deviled crabs top notch best, I've ever had & I've hundreds... monster really good Cubans authentico a must go to place in Tampa!!!

The food is great but the service was VERY slow. It's always been slower but today was unbelievable. We waited 40 minutes for a devil crab and a pork sandwich. Uber Eats seems to have made a significant service issue for them. Unacceptable. I don't know that I'll be back or recommend anymore. Sad.

There’s a line out the door for a very good reason. Get the Cuban. Best one we had in Tampa.

If you’re in a rush, NOT the place for you so don’t go there with an attitude rushing the hard-working staff! Even if you order online, you still have to wait some because it’s made to order. This place is a local gem. The food is delicious and I can never eat a half sub because there is so much meat and bread! My fave are the devil crabs. Whenever I’m in town, I try to stop here to get a real taste of Tampa food.

Real good sandwiches. Worth a visit if in the area.

It's been many years since I've been here but it was as good and crazy busy as ever. Excellent sandwiches (of all types) on Cuban bread. Won't break (or even dent) the bank and you will NOT leave hungry!If you've never been here you need to try it at least once for the experience.

Have enjoyed the Cubans and deviled crabs for over 40 years. A must visit place every trip to Tampa. Love them!!!

Does not answer their phones. Watched the phone ring continuously and no effort was made to answer. Woman managing the only register kept walking away from the till. Very rude. Screwing up orders. Went in around 11am, and they were already out of steak. Only a couple people hustling as the crowd grew. Very long wait time. Very inefficient workflow.Food was very good.

Great food huge portions so bring your appetite or a few friends you are willing to share with. The only problem was they call out you ticket number to come up & get your order well they were not called out ticket numbers in a few minutes so when they did start calling out tickets it was like they opened a gate to a herd of people everyone went all at once & there is 1. Not enough space at the counter & 2. Enough people to hand out the order ticket numbers they started calling but other than that great long lasting establishment that has authentic tasting food

Great small family owed business. Great food, good service, nice and friendly staff. Cannot get any better than this whole in the wall! Sonny C used to swear by this place and now his surviving children do aswell.

If we ever make it to Tampa, we make it a habit to stop by Brocato's. We usually get the Cuban sandwiches and are never disappointed. The huge size of the sandwich is just right. Saw some online comments discussing the prices, the register staff, and how the overall experience has gone down. Whenever we are on vacation, we accept some things: enjoy the food we like, disregard the price and expect to see the hustle and bustle in places like Brocato's. We choose to come here and enjoy the Cuban sandwiches!

While driving the kids home from school today I looked up restaurants and chose this one simply because I like to support locally-owned restaurants in Tampa and had never been there before . We love Cuban restaurants and were not disappointed. The food was amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It’s not often that you find a gem like this in our fast-paced Tampa community. If you like Cuban restaurants and live in Tampa look no further. This place is amazing and the staff went out of their way for us. Even my kids want to go back soon!

Beyond amazing!!! Hands down the BEST Cuban sandwich and deviled crab in Tampa! The sandwich is the size of two at any other other place. Everything is fresh and clearly made in house. The meat on the sandwich is flavorful, and real. It's not just sliced Boar's Head cold cuts. Even the pickles tasted house made. One thing to know is this is not artery clogging fast food. So it does take time to make it. But they are efficient and it is oh so worth the wait.

We just got the crab rolls but they were hot n fresh. They didnt take too long to make. Very good. I recommend it

This place is just okay nothing special my wife and I both had the Cuban sandwich and a deviled crab , the Cubans were hot but not pressed , her sandwich was actually cold in the middle and so were the deviled crabs , I don't see what the big deal is about the sandwich shop
