Broadway Louie's

I thought I could give this a lower rating but I thought about it and the was nothing negative to say. I got the Voodoo Pasta, I'm a heat fanatic so I was expecting super spicy but it had a decent heat for a restaurant. The flavor was excellant, the noodle selection threw me off but it worked surprisingly well. The portion was good(I always want more tho lol), the atmosphere was super chill, TVs everywhere, service was quick (Andy, you rocked), and it was very clean! Great job guys, I don't give out 5 stars often, especially not to chain restaurants, but yal caught me off guard with this one.

Arrive at 12:57 and we weren't served until 1:27. We were ignored and when I got the bartenders attention she said Our bartenders are working as fast as they can. However 3 couples that came in after me were served. I wont say it was racial or anything but just blatantly disrespectful. After speaking to management the issue was partly solved but our bartender still had an attitude after she was called out by him. May 23rd was the date. I live in Va and this never happens when I go to Loudon One's location. The drink was good but the customer service was lacking.

By far worst establishment I've ever been too. I've never left a bad review but I've watch maybe 10 tables walk out over the wait and cold food. Currently sitting here 2 hours in. No food no drinks.... idk if it's just an off night for them but not going to be here long with this kind of service. Not a word about what was going on. Server never came to explain a thing. It ended up being 2hours and 48 min before we got our food. Quesadilla, boneless wings and a club sandwich. Then we got bill for 72$. Needless to say we spoke to owner. He made it right but definitely need to find atleast one new server. Again, I'm always understanding as I used to serve but this was miles away from normal rush issues being maybe 15 tables. Also people who came in over an hour after us got food b4 us. Just was a bad experience all the way around.
