British Overseas is a must go to place if you are visiting the revamped N Williams area! First of all the place has a great seating area which can be used for one on one meetings. Additionally you could use the space as a private event for nice size group. They will cater for you and all you have to do is show up and socialize. Lastly the variety of food options that BORC can do for you is incredible. Do yourself a favor and stop in!

Beautiful kitschy atmosphere, good food. Street parking only -- and it's terrible. Slow service. Requires reservations despite empty restaurant? Had high tea; scrumptious but neither as elegant or involved as I had imagined. Alas.Super high prices. Would not go again.

This is a great little place! I had the pleasure of having breakfast at B.O.R.C. recently. Super experience! Eclectic yet inviting decor and furnishings (from all over the world), wonderful aromas coming from the kitchen. I was greeted by a friendly bright young woman who was engaging and informative about the menu and the local area. The food was tremendous! I had a hearty omelette, some fresh baked bread, kedgeree (Wow! Yes!) and wonderful coffee. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious.I'm looking forward to going back for lunch soon!Do yourself a favor and check this place out.
