Bricks Wood Fired Pizza

Finest spot to buy food when in a hurry. The customer service is quick, pricing is fair, fantastic mood. I highly recommend this spot.

I ordered for the LAST time from Bricks today. Five times I've ordered to support them thru this pandemic shutdown. The last three times, my Quattro Formaggi pizza has come with so little cheese that I think they've interpreted Quattro to mean one-fourth, rather than FOUR cheeses. Unbelievable and infuriating that they're shorting the cheese in cheese pizza when their very continued existence depends on people like me ordering. Well, no more. This place should shut down and make room for restaurants that know how to make legitimate cheese pizza with appropriate ingredients. Disgusted by this silly game--no more!

Restaurant is clean and spacious. Pizza was okay. Flavor was good but the crust is very flimsy bordering on soggy. Can't recommend this place.

The flavors are very well balances and the crust crispy but tender. We usually do pick-ups and they are ready just in time.

Nice spot for thin crust pizza. The crust especially is good. You can tell that they dough has gone through a sweet fermentation (flaky, crisp, slightly sweet bite) that's such a big part of the experience for good pizza. Toppings are equally delicious, even if they were a little light on the basil for my pizza benchmark, the Margherita. The service is polite and the restaurant is pretty nice too. I haven't had the chance to dine in but I'd imagine that it would be a nice place to grab a bite on a casual date, especially since there's an ice cream parlor right next door for dessert.

They have the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. You cant even tell its gf.

Average pizza. The crust was our least favorite part. For a city about pizza, it was underwhelming and not unique. The salad was good and the vibe/area are great.

They're crushing the delivery game during these hard times. Highly recommend the take-and-bake. Just put 3 in my freezer. Keep it up, Bricks!

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I have to say the service is always great and they keep the place well kept consistently. Prices are reasonable and they serve large portions.

How is the pizza so fast and so amazing? I have no idea, but it's delicious. And the staff is the bees knees. Just bring a hoodie if you dine in because the air is on full blast.

Went for lunch with my 11 year old son. We enjoyed the pizza. Really good crust. Nice atmosphere inside. Friendly and quick service. We plan to go again!
