The burger wasn’t bad but over cooked for my taste, I prefer medium and it was definitely medium well or well done. My kids had the chicken strips and they were excellent. The ranch is a bit odd and reminds me of McDonalds ranch instead of homemade HVR. They also only had Pibb and I’m a Dr. Pepper fan. All in all it was good and the view was great. Right on the water and next to the ramp. They definitely have a fantastic location and the service was great, albeit slow, but I’m sure we will be back.

The food was excellent. Freshly made, reasonable price, very tasty. Staff was friendly and polite. Great view of the river. I got their Cuban sandwich and it was easily the best I've had in years. Only knock was the limited drink selection - cans and bottles. Although a nice selection of beers. Well worth checking out!

Food was really good (We had burgers - I'm GF so mine was wrapped in lettuce). Ametican fare. Wine & Beer available. Affordable. Beautiful view of the river. Today was cold, but plenty of outdoor seating when weather warms up.

Unique experience dining and drinking on the Occoquan River. Great food conveniently priced and beautiful scenery. Highly recommend this place. Lots of other stuff to do at the park as well.

The Brickmakers Cafe on the Occoquan. Lunch (fried turkey club sandwich, a batch of kettle chips and a half a pickle) and a Corona, 11 bucks. Delicious! Indoor/outdoor seating. Happy hour 3pm-8pm which is also closing. The park closes at 9. So beautiful and relaxing.

Found in the Occoquan park, this wonderful cafe has salads, sandwiches and many drinks. The only bad thing is not having espresso drinks. It would be better to have the option of hot or cold espresso drinks. I would recommend it for families to enjoy the park, the nice weather and food.

Burgers, beef, salad, poboy, grilled cheese. Everything was delicious. What a great place and amazing view. They put crispy fried cheese on the outside of the grilled cheese! Amazing!

We've been here many times and consider it a regular Friday night spot when the weather is nice enough to sit outside. The food is good, especially the burgers, and prices are on par with other similar restaurants. We have also come once for brunch and enjoyed it.That said, we had a recent experience that seemed out of character. We came on a weeknight, Tuesday or Wednesday is memory serves, specially looking for the weekly burger special advertised on their FB page. It was around 6 pm. When we walked in, the place was empty, chairs were up on tables, and the woman behind the counter told us the kitchen was closed for all food other than soups and salads. We were very confused, given the posted hours were until 8 pm. So we left. This won't deter us from coming back, but it was concerning to arrive and find circumstances not as advertised.

I ordered a hotdog and a side of fries for my granddaughter. The food was good but we waited an hour for it, it was worth the wait but the staff and the chefs might wanna be a bit quicker with the costumer. But I would come back!

A very nice setting with a good variety of foods. There’s a happy hour, and often has great specials on beers. Truly a wonderful place to relax. Service here is prompt. After ordering at the checkout, you will receive whatever drink you ordered and a number. After what’s usually a short wait— a staff member brings out your meal. All further drinks will require you to go back to the checkout. Not a big deal for me, and appreciate this style of restaurant.
