The building is estectically attractive but the Food is tasteless, bland and OVERPRICED!!! SORRY!! NO DEAL!!

First time there. Great food great options a must try! Definitely coming back!

Horrible service. The teenagers who work there are rude. I was ignored when I asked questions about the menu. Food was ok, nothing amazing.

I LOVED IT. Mashed potatoes, spicy chicken wings and blue cheese sauce ... All my favorite things bundled up to one waffle wrap. Simply HEAVENLY.PS. BEST HOME-MADE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES I HAVE EVER HAD. Would DEFINITELY recommend

Hello Ron and Robin, My husband (also a chef) and I viewed your restaurant review on news channel 12. We decided to try it with our youngest son on Friday, February 14, 2020. Only one staff member was working. She had to call twice for chicken tenders which arrived from a woman outside of the restaurant, the staff member seemed distracted and was texting, the wait was longer than what I was expecting and when we got home to eat the wafflefulls chicken and waffle that my husband and son ordered the waffle was so tough they couldn’t eat it. We spent forty dollars and change for food that was not edible

I came here for my lunch break, I order parmesan garlic wings and loaded mashed potatoes. the potatoes was okay. not the greatest but not bad. but the chicken was absolutely disgusting. it was still pinkish and had an off taste as in a raw taste or if the chicken was bad. I'm so disappointed. I never called because it already took 20 mins of my break to get the food and when it came back that bad I already had to go back to work. this was about a month ago. I honestly wont return because undercooked chicken is a serious issue

I got a build your own salad box with shrimp, small mash & cheese, chocolate cookies and a drink all for under $20. The salad was huge amd everything was fresh despite going in at 830pm. The mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious. There were only two girls working despite business being steady and people not knowing what they were doing as first timers like me, but they were super friendly and did a very good job. Price, customer service and taste were all great!

I love the Brickbox!!!! The daily soup and salad selection options are always fresh and tasty.i live in Milford and don’t mind the trip down because the food is that good! My husband and kids love the waffle cones with chicken and mashed potatoes! You can’t go wrong whether you’re dieting or just looking for a well-balanced meal there’s something for the whole family. I highly recommend this spot for your next meal… It won’t disappoint! You can even call ahead and give your pick up time so food is hot ! They are very accommodating and give free cookies!

This place is in a league of their own. Fast counter service with healthy options, if you choose. May be the best salad bar ever with homemade dressings. As a parent of three, it is so nice to have my kids love chicken tenders, made fresh from actual chicken. I enjoyed a WaffleFull, which was heaven in a hot cone. The two young ladies who took care of us were so sweet to my three crazies. Drove 20 plus minutes to come and will be back. The cookie box with warm chocolate sauce should be illegal. Chef Ron and team did it again, no surprise!!!!!!

At first, I was unsure of this establishment because they forgot a part of our order. When I called to let them know, they proceeded to bring what the items that they missed ALL the way to my house. Excellent customer service. Very well handled.

The Customer Service was very fast and friendly. The food was really good.

the cleanliness of the store, the freshness of the salad and variety of the fixings , made a great 1st impression!
